19 Guarantees, incentives and preferences - State guarantees and protects all the rights of foreign investors engaged in investment activity in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan (the Law of Uzbekistan "On foreign investments", p. 9); - foreign investments and other assets of foreign investors in the Republic of Uzbekistan are not subject to nationalization (Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On guarantees and measures to protect the rights of foreign investors", p. 5); - exemptions are granted from taxes on profits of legal entities (the share of foreign investors from 15 to 33 per cent of the share capital) on the property, on the improvement and development of social infrastructure, single tax payment, as well as on mandatory contributions to the Republican Road Fund for a period of 7 years. (RP-2454 as of ); - exempted up to January 1, 2020 from the taxation of income of foreign investors in the form of dividends on shares held by them in joint stock companies (RP-2454 from ); - exemptions are provided by the company with foreign investments from statutory taxes and fees when applying for the courts with a claim for violation of their rights and legal interests, and their subsequent compensation by the convicted party in accordance with relevant court decision (RP-2454 from )
