ORDER: You can place your order by phone Monday - Friday 9am to 3:30pm PST. You can also fax or your order 24 hours a day. A copy of the invoice with tracking number(s) will be sent to you when your order is processed. METHOD OF PAYMENT: We accept PayPal, Money Orders, Cashier Checks and Company Checks. Please allow 7 business days for company checks to clear. All checks must be bank imprinted with the correct address and phone number. WARRANTY: We warrant all products we sell (except those specifically excluded) to be free from manufacturing defect for 15 days form th e day you receive your order. This 15-day Manufacturer Warranty covers from the date of receipt, any manufacturing defect that cause the airsoft product not to work properly. It does not cover misuse, abuse, mishandling, disassembly, cosmetic imperfection. It also does not cover lack of compliance with instructions from users manual, usage of low-grade BB or reused BB, or failure to provide proper maintenance. RETURN POLICY: Absolutely no returns unless pre-authorized by Prima USA. Returns are accepted for product with a manufacturing defect. If a manufacturing defect is discovered within the warranty period, please use the following R.M.A. procedure: 1. Call or fax Prima USA for R.M.A. request form. (if you do not have a copy already) 2. Inspect your return merchandise in accordance to the simple guidelines for return merchandise authorization. a) Must have original packaging. b) The merchandise must NOT be altered or tampered with. Example: removal of orange tip, parts or any physical damage caused by misuse. 3. When your R.M.A. request is approved, Prima USA will mail/fax the copy with an R.M.A. number back to you 4. Complete the R.M.A. form and include it in the package and ship back to Prima USA. 5. Returned merchandise must include: a) A copy of the approved R.M.A. request form inside the package. b) The R.M.A. number must be included next to your return mailing address on the outside of the box or it will not be accepted. c) For your protection, we suggest you ship via UPS, or any carrier with tracking number.
