1 Touchscreen Foils Adwindow offers now a full range of interactive foils, which can turn any non-metallic surface into a touch screen experience. Based on the capacitance projected technology, these foils are used in the Digital Signage world since 2004 with its unique ability to retrofit any shop window into an interactive play space and turn any non-interactive large format kiosk from a passive advertising display into an engaging customer experience. Our TouchFoils are perfect for integration with Rearprojection, Through Window, LCD monitors, Interactive Table, and Kiosks. The foil is supported by a dual touch wma8 software which provides standard Windows gestures of Zoom and Pinch and Zoom, Pinch and Rotate : Zoom and Pinch Gesture - Touch of screen with two fingers utilising centre mouse roller. 2 TECHNOLOGY PROJECTED CAPACITANCE TOUCH TECHNOLOGY Our touchscreen foils are using the most reliable and secured technology for screen interactivity: the foils are transparents, and integrate a thin and invisible network of microwires. This technology produces an interactive area that can work through any non-metallic materials (transparents, or not). The touch effect works through glass, acrylic, shopwindows, etc... As the user does not have to touch directly any of the component of the installation, it is 100% safe and fully reliable for digital signage, advertising, exhibitions or museums installations. Projected Capacitance has been largely used for many years, these products are industrially manufactured since 2004 in thousands of unit, and the technology is actually the most stable and secured of the market. When durability and reliablity are key points, you can use our touch screens! INSTALLATION Our touch foils have an adhesive layer. By default, it is a permanent adhesive for glass, you can also order a specific adhesive layer for acrylic, or a semipermanent adhesive. Other solution is to laminate our touch foils with one of our Adwindow Kitapon film, in order to create a re-usable and transportable unit. A full installation manual is available for customers. CONFIGURATION / CONNECTION We provide software and drivers for any version of Windows, our foils can also be connected to a Linux or Mac OS (we are in beta version for these drivers). Connection cable is USB by default, and can be changed to serial. Calibration and installation are very easy, user's manual provides a step by step process.

3 THRU-WINDOW TOUCH Our touchscreen foils are perfect to create through window/glass touch screen applications. You can add the interactive foil to an existing installation, or create a full new experience. The foils works fine with rearprojection and all the Adwindow Adhesive Screens range, and also with LCD monitors. As there is no external components on the window, your installation will be 100% safe and vandal proof. The lightweight Touch Screen Foil can be applied directly to a window or a glass sheet with a rear projection screen or LCD screen positioned behind creating through-window/glass touch interaction. The interactive works with up to 20mm of glass (non metallic glass only, see specifications or contact us for specific security glass).
