5 Macro Recording Program macros into the M1 to M5 macro keys without needing software. To do this, first press and hold the SKILLER function key and then press the Rec key. This will then start to flash. Now select a key from M1 to M5 while holding down the SKILLER function key to record a macro to this selected key. The Rec key will then permanently illuminate. Any key sequence up to 24 characters in length can now be inputted, and the delay between two stops can be recorded. A macro can only contain individual keys and no keyboard shortcuts. If more than 24 keys are pressed during recording, the current macro recording will be cancelled. In this case, the Rec key will briefly flash. To save the macro, press and hold the SKILLER Function key and then press the Rec key again. The macro will then briefly flash, confirming that the macro has been successfully recorded.
