Simply indicate the voice file, and address it within the Walkabout Transfer application. Automatically, your software is launched and the file is attached hit send it s that simple. You can also set-up a default address (such as your Secretary s address) where your dictation will automatically be sent, unless you indicate otherwise. Because Walkabout Transfer manages voice files like any other PC file, you can just as easily exchange dictation with anyone in your organization over your network, by saving into shared folders.
