1 I WOULD LIKE TO... Cloud UC Program Downloads Avaya Cloud allows you to setup your telephone to be used the way you want it to. There are additional programs that extend the abilities of the application onto your PC desktop, and to your Android or ios device. Use the apps to place calls, manage your presence, and much more. DOWNLOADING THE CLIENT SOFTWARE Launch Web Manager and login using your Self Administration credentials. On the personal account details page, go to the Download tab. Click the Download button beside the package you want to install. Note: The Android and ios clients must be downloaded to the device from the appropriate web store. 25Jan , Avaya Inc. IP OFFICE SOFTCONSOLE The Avaya IP Office SoftConsole is a Windows-based user interface for your corporate telephone operator.

This enables your operator to answer calls, transfer calls to the correct individual, and manage incoming calls, all from their computer desktop.

7 When finished, launch the app. AVAYA COMMUNICATOR FOR WEB Avaya Communicator for Web is designed to work with IP Office Preferred Edition, IP Office Server Edition, and IP Office Select through the use of the one-x Portal Web Service APIs (call control, directory), XMPP over BOSH (Instant Messaging and Presence), and WebRTC (Voice and Video calling). Once loaded, users can authorize themselves via their Google, Salesforce.com, or Office 365 accounts. 9 Click Accept to give the program the necessary permissions to your data. For Office 365 credentials, the browser will open the Office 365 login screen. Select this option, then sign-in with your Office 365 credentials. Note: An active Office 365 account is required. Enter your Salesforce username and password in the spaces provided. Click Log in when ready. If prompted to grant Avaya Communicator the necessary permissions, click Allow.
