On Feb.5, 2010 Los Angeles time, between 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM, we will convene an important global distributor video conference by Marketing Department. The company president, Mr. Dinghua Wang will present the 2009 annual reports, shares converted plan, development planning in 2010, new beauty products, promotional programs, telecommunications, the server installation program and etc. All distributors are welcome to attend the meeting on the below times. Video Conference Time: Los Angeles Time: Feb.5, 2010 (Friday) 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM New York/ Toronto time: Feb.5, 2010 (Friday) 8:00 PM - 10:00 PM China/ Singapore time: Feb. 26 (Saturday) 9:00 AM - 11:00 AM Participation ways of our global distributor video conference Global distributor video conference on Feb.5 will be running by WebEx. 1. Every branch and center will supply the video conference equipment connected with the company. The centers that request to join the meeting will be issued a receipt of invitation. All Members can ask your Sponsors to see where to join the video conference. 2. For those members who cannot go to centers, can attend the conference individually by computers with microphones, speakers and internet connection. Due to broadband constraints, the meeting is available to a limited number of guests. Members and individuals who would like to connect their own conferencing equipment need to submit an application through the district center. Applicants will need to provide their name, membership number and address. The company will received notifications by the district on which members have been approved to use the network. We will then notify you by an invitation letter to join the meeting.

2 Communication through the conference: President Wang will present the annual report in the video conference. All members cannot speak or ask questions through the conference, but only text messages through WebEx if needed; we will reply the text message as soon as possible. Members in the centers, but not individually, can ask questions after the report presentation. We will prepare and test the video conference as soon as we begin working on Feb.5, so please test it as earlier as the conference begins. Please also note that the invitation cannot be used in the formal conference through the video connection test. We will send the formal conference invitation one hour earlier before the conference starts. Basic Information to know for Members attending Global Video Conference The WebEx system is basically relying on transmission speed of Internet. In order for you to get the best image quality and smooth sound effect, we suggest you close all the possible windows or software that may cause your system slow down during the conference, such as SKYPE, MSN, QQ, EMULE, BT, FLASHGET etc. as these software do require some occupancy of internet sources. We would not encourage any other people to use your computer to send files or share folders at the same time. **Please make sure your webcam is also not being used for any other conversation windows! (Otherwise, your image may not be shown on the display window of WebEx)

7 點擊運行連接等待顯示出的視窗如下 : ( 第一次的安裝完成 )

8 等待結束後直接彈出如下的會議平臺視窗點擊加入

9 出現視窗讓您設置視訊會議預設的音訊及視頻設備 ( 根據自己的電腦設備選擇即可 ) 出現如下的等待的頁面

11 選擇您的設備

13 調節後關閉此音量視窗即可
