Secure Wi-Fi protects on all Wi-Fi networks any time and anywhere. This means you can securely , browse and stream at airports, coffee shops or on any Wi-Fi network with or without a password. This user guide is designed to help you install and configure the Secure Wi-Fi app on your or device. It also provides helpful tips. The default settings are established. Your company administrator will provide additional direction if changes are needed. 2 Installation and How to Turn on the App 1. Tap the Secure Wi-Fi icon on your device to open the home screen. 2. Toggle the switch to ON or OFF. 3. You ll be prompted to create a VPN connection. Tap OK to continue. 1. Ensure you are connected to the Sprint cellular network. 2. Visit the App Store to download Secure Wi-Fi. Follow the instructions to install the free app on your device. You may be asked to enter your itunes password. This won t result in a charge. 3. Tap the Secure Wi-Fi icon on your device home screen. 4. Toggle the switch to ON or OFF. 5. 3 Consumer Purchase ONLY If you have a business account and see this screen, please STOP. This screen is for consumer users. Contact your company administrator to verify you re activated for the business service. If you re a business user and buy 24-hour Secure Wi-Fi or Full-time Secure Wi-Fi, your personal Apple account may be billed. 1. If you accidentally buy the 24-hour or Full-time service with your personal Apple account, please click Unsubscribe. This will stop future charges to your personal itunes account. 5 Secure Wi-Fi Alerts Public Automatically turns on when connected to a network that doesn t require a password. Prompts appear after connecting to Wi-Fi if a log-in or password is needed. Password-Protected Alert will ask if you want to: 1. Add security: Automatically activates during future sessions on that network. It s recommended that you choose the Add security option. 2. Proceed without: Screen will be dismissed. Continue without future prompts for this network. Public Automatically turns on when connected to a network that doesn t require a password.
