4 Mayflower-PPC Series Industrial Panel PCs Mayflower-PPC-3000S Series The ultra slim designed Mayflower-PPC-3000S Series is optimized for enterprise resource planning, manufacturing execution systems, supervisory control and data acquisition. A typical application for the Mayflower-PPC-3000S Series is the visualization of processes from other computing sources, but it can also be used as a remote terminal viewer in the automation field. The Panel PCs are equipped with energy efficient dual or quad core Intel Celeron processors and are available in five different display sizes with different resolutions from VGA (4:3, 640 x 480) up to Full HD. The systems feature an all-metal housing and are able to operate 24/7 at temperatures up to 50 C, making them an ideal solution for industrial environments. The front sides of the Panel PCs are true-flat and IP65 compliant. Due to two Dual Gigabit LAN ports, many other I/Os and a full-size mini PCIe slot, all PPC-3000S models offer high flexibility to fit a wide range of industrial applications. 5 Mayflower-PPC Series Industrial Panel PCs Mayflower-PPC-3001 Series The ultra slim designed Mayflower-PPC-3001 Series is the performance-optimized variant of the PPC-3000S Series. These Panel PCs are equipped with Intel Core i Processors, offering high performance in combination with low power consumption. In addition, all systems of this series offer a wide range power input and projected capacitive multi touch (up to 10-Point) to enable intuitive operation. Each model offers at least one 2,5 SATA slot for disk space whereas the Mayflower-PPC-4211W offers two 2,5 slots for disk space, which also support RAID. 6 Mayflower-TPC Series Modular Industrial Panel PCs Mayflower-TPC-2000/5000 Series (Modular Thin Clients & Control Panels) The Mayflower-TPC-2000/5000 Series features rugged modular Thin Client Panel PCs and Control Panels. The system consists of a computing unit and a display unit available in various sizes. Both units can be exchanged without restrictions, offering the highest degree of flexibility to find a system suitable for your application. The display units reach from 4:3 12,1 up to 21,5 in widescreen format with Full HD resolution. The displays are available with resistive or projected-capacitive touch screen and can withstand temperatures of up to 70 C. Moreover the system offers easy maintenance by simply removing the computing box from the display without the need to exchange the whole unit. Last but not least the modular concept offers advanced forward compatibility, which means existing boxes can be replaced by new ones when technology advances. This results in lower total cost of ownership over an application s entire life cycle and easier integration of new features.

8 Mayflower-TPC Series Expandable Industrial Panel PCs Mayflower-TPC-xx51T Series (Thin Client Terminals) The Mayflower-TPC-xx51T Series features thin client terminals. All Panel PCs are equipped with a true-flat front panel with IP66 protection to withstand dust and water under harsh environmental conditions. This Panel PC Series is expandable via a modular Extension Kit. The Extension Kit is simply attached to the back of the Panel PC and can be equipped with either a 2,5 SSD for more disk space or with additional I/Os (e.g. two more Gigabit LAN ports) to perfectly suit the requirements of your application. The systems also feature a programmable button at the front panel, which can be configured to any desired function. 10 Mayflower-TPC Series Widescreen Industrial Panel PCs Mayflower-TPC-1840/2140WP The Mayflower-TPC-1840WP and Mayflower-TPC-2140WP are industrial Thin Clients with a 16:9 widescreen display and an independent GPU for advanced graphical performance in more complex applications. Due to the high resolution (up to Full HD), the screens can display a lot of information at the same time, so the user can keep an eye on all running processes. The front panel of these systems is IP66 compliant and equipped with an additional anti-scratch surface (7H hardness) which makes them perfectly suitable for applications in the industrial environment. 11 Mayflower-TPC Series Expandable Industrial Panel PCs Mayflower-IPPC-5211WS The Mayflower-IPPC-5211WS is a Panel PC specifically designed for Machine-to-Machine (M2M) and Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) applications which require the highest level of protection for hygienic and harsh environments. Due to a stainless steel chassis with IP69K waterproof rating, this Panel PC is protected against the intrusion of dust and water and can even be cleaned with steam jets. In addition, the anti-scratch glass front of the Panel PC with extra hardness (7H) makes it extremely durable and protects the 21,5 Full HD widescreen display. The system can withstand temperatures of up to 50 C and supports additional I/Os (e.g. two isolated RS-422/485) for even more flexibility to perfectly fit the customer s application.
