2 Welcome to Retail Discounts by Aveo Benefits. There are huge savings to be made and access to discounts on a wide range of items, including shopping at many major retailers. Access to the Retail Discounts web portal is made possible through a new Aveo Residents page at aveo.com.au/residents. To securly log in, use your address as your username and Aveo Benefits Identification Number (Aveo Benefits ID) as your password. To obtain your Aveo Benefits ID, please call the Aveo Benefits Hotline. The dedicated hotline team can also assist you in creating an if you do not have one. Both your and Aveo Benefits ID are requirements of accessing the Retail Discounts portal. The Aveo Benefits Hotline can be contacted on or by at aveobenefits@aveo.com.au Monday to Friday for any questions relating to the Aveo Benefits program, assistance in setting up an address and to obtain your Aveo Benefits ID. 3 To open the Retail Discounts portal on your computer/in a web browser, follow these steps (please note some of the following images may not be an exact replica of your computers screen as it depends on the operating system and web browser of each individual) 1. Turn on your computer. 2. Once your computer has started and connected to the internet, open your internet browser (common internet browsers are internet explorer, safari or google chrome) 3. Type the following address into your browsers address bar at the top of the screen. aveo.com.au/residents 4. Click LOGIN for Retail Discounts on the Aveo Residents web page. 3

4 5. The above screen will appear then enter your in the username box and your Aveo Benefits ID in the password box and click Log in. 6. The above screen will appear, this is the Retail Discounts home page which displays popular and new offers. These offers will change occassionally. 7. Use the above buttons to navigate through the different categories of offers. 4

5 8. When you hover your mouse/curser over a category it will display a drop down box of subcategories. You can either select the category Wellbeing or you may choose a subcategory like Health by clicking it with your mouse/curser. Top Tip! Make Retail Discounts a favourite in your web browser by clicking on the star icon! 5

6 9. Browse the offers in each category by scrolling down the page and cycle through the various pages of offers by clicking on the page numbers 1, 2 and 3 or by using the arrows. 10. Once you have found the offer/s you wish to purchase, scroll down to the bottom of the offer until you find the Add to cart button. Take note of the delivery type, card type and ensure you enter the correct quantity. Please note, the delivery type will amost always be Digital which means it will be ed to you. Select Add to cart once you are ready to proceed. 6

7 11. Once you have added all of the offers you wish to buy to your cart, your cart can be accessed by clicking on YOUR CART at the top in the navigation bar. 12. In your cart you will see all of the offers you have added to your cart and the costs involved before proceeding to check out. Make sure you are happy with all of these details before clicking Proceed. 7

8 13. Enter your details and proceed to pay for your items. You will receive a confirmation after your purchase. 8

9 Please note some of the following images may not be an exact replica of your device s screen as the display differs depending on what device you are using. 1. Open your devices App store (for iphones this is the Apple App store and for most other devices it is the Google Play store) 2. Search for Aveo Benefits and download the app. The app will download to your phone and can be found on your home page screen or in the apps section. 3. Once the download has finished, open the Aveo Benefits app by clicking on it. 9

10 4. Once loaded, the above screen will appear then enter your in the username box and your Aveo Benefits ID in the password box and click Login. 5. Click on the three striaght lines in the top left hand corner to open the quick access menu which shows everything you can access in the app. 10

11 6. Clicking on Categories will bring up the list of categories which have offers available for you to browse. 7. You can browse the offers and read the description by scrolling down the screen with your fingers. Follow the instructions to add an offer to your cart if you want to purchase. 11

12 8. Access your cart by clicking on the shopping cart trolley icon in the top right hand side of the screen. If you can not see the cart icon, simply go back to the main screen of the app and it will appear. 9. In your cart you will see all of the offers you have added to your cart and the costs involved before proceeding to check out. Make sure you are happy with all of these details before clicking Checkout. 10. Enter your details and proceed to pay for your items. You will receive a confirmation after your purchase. 12
