1 Set up Your Corporate or Personal (BYOD) iphone for Office 365 (Cloud) In conjunction with your migration, you will need to set up your corporate and/or personal (BYOD) iphone to access your from the cloud. This should be done on the day your migration is completed. It can take up to 20 minutes to install and set up the Intune, Outlook, Skype, and OneDrive apps. Before you begin, have your Apple ID and password handy and ensure that you are running the latest version of ios: 1. Touch Settings. 2. Touch General. 3. Touch Software update; if there is an update available, install it. If you are using the Google Authenticator app on this device you should upgrade to the Microsoft Authenticator app, which does not require you to type in an authentication code. Instructions on how to install the Microsoft Authenticator app are available on StanNet. Delete Company Portal (Intune) - MWH Remove the MWH installation of the Microsoft Company Portal (Intune) app: 1. Touch the Company Portal icon and hold it for a couple seconds until an X appears. 2. Touch the X to delete the icon and the application. 3. To remove MWH profiles, touch Settings > General > Device Management and if any MWH profiles are listed, touch the MWH profile > Remove Management. Install and Set Up Company Portal (Intune) - Stantec Open the App Store, search for "Microsoft Intune Company Portal", and select the app from the results list. Have the password for your Apple ID handy as you may be asked to enter it when you download the Intune app. 1. Touch GET. Enter your Apple ID and password if requested. 2. Touch INSTALL. 3. When installation is complete, touch OPEN. 4. Enter your Stantec address and touch the Password field. 1 Document Owner: IT Services

2 5. You are redirected to Stantec's sign-in page. 6. Enter your network password and touch Sign in. 7. Touch Continue to send the multi-factor authentication (MFA) notification. Complete MFA using the method you've set up. 8. If authentication is successful, touch Accept. 9. Touch Begin. 10. Touch Continue. 11. Touch Continue. 12. Touch Enroll. 2 Document Owner: IT Services

3 13. Touch Install. 14. Enter the passcode for your device. 15. When your passcode is accepted, touch Install. 16. The profile will install and when the Warning screen appears, touch Install. 17. Touch Trust. 18. Touch Done. 19. The screen will show the message "Enrolling device ". 20. Touch Open to open the page in the company portal. 3 Document Owner: IT Services

The App Installation popup for Outlook normally appears here or on one of the following screens; whenever it appears, touch Install to install Outlook in the background while you complete the setup. 22. Touch the appropriate device type and then touch Done. 23. Intune checks your device for compliance; this can take a couple minutes. 24. Touch Continue. 25. Touch Done. You are taken to the Company Portal page. You may be asked to rate the app. 4 Document Owner: IT Services

5 Install and Set Up Outlook If you were never prompted to install Outlook, you can install it manually from the Company Portal page: touch All Apps and then select Outlook from the list. 1. Press the Home button. 2. Touch the Outlook icon to launch it. Note: Outlook can take a couple minutes to install so if the icon shows a progress indicator, Outlook is still installing and you'll need to wait for it to complete. 3. Touch OK. 4. Touch Get Started. 5. Touch Notify Me. 6. Touch Allow. 7. Enter your Stantec address and touch Add Account. 8. Touch Open Authenticator. 5 Document Owner: IT Services

6 9. Enter your network password and touch Sign in. 10. Touch Continue to send the MFA notification. Complete MFA using the method you've set up. 11. Touch Maybe Later. 12. Skip or complete the tutorial that opens. You are taken to your Inbox. NOTE: Once you've installed Intune and Outlook, you will access your corporate and calendar only through the Outlook application, you will no longer use the phone's standard Mail and Calendar apps. You can still use the ios Mail, Calendar, and Contacts apps for non-stantec and contacts. 6 Document Owner: IT Services

7 Sync Your Contacts You will need to sync your Outlook contacts to the native ios app. 1. From the Outlook Inbox, touch the Settings icon. 2. Touch your account name. 3. Touch Advanced Settings. 4. Turn on Save Contacts to Device. 5. Touch Save. 6. Touch OK. 7. Touch the Mail icon to return to your Inbox. 7 Document Owner: IT Services

8 Update or Install Skype for Business Once you've installed the Company Portal (Intune) app, you'll need to either update or install the Skype for Business app. Update Skype for Business (app already installed on your device) In order to work properly with mobile Outlook, you will need to reinstall the Skype for Business app through the Company Portal. Note: If you try to join an online meeting without updating the Skype for Business app, you will receive an error message stating that the action is blocked. 1. Open the Company Portal app and touch All Apps. 2. Touch Skype for Business. 3. Touch Install. 4. Touch Manage. 5. Touch OK. You can now use Skype on your device. 8 Document Owner: IT Services

9 Install Skype for Business To install the Skype for Business app for the first time on your device: 1. Open the Company Portal app and touch All Apps. 2. Touch Skype for Business. 3. Touch Install. 4. The status changes to "Pending sync". 5. Touch Install. 6. The screen changes to the home screen where you can see the installation progress on the Skype icon while the app is loading. 7. When installation is complete, touch the Skype for Business icon to launch it. 8. Touch OK. 9 Document Owner: IT Services

10 9. Touch OK. 10. Touch Allow. 11. Touch the arrow button. 12. Touch OK. 13. Enter your Stantec address if it was not automatically populated and touch the arrow button. 14. Enter your network (Windows) password and touch Sign in. 15. Enter your Stantec cell phone number and touch the arrow button. 16. Swipe left. 10 Document Owner: IT Services

11 17. Touch Got it. Installation is complete. This is the main Skype for Business screen where conversations appear. Touch the photo on the main screen to access your information, options, and the Sign Out button. Touch the address book icon on the main screen to open the list of your contacts. 11 Document Owner: IT Services

12 Install OneDrive for Business Once you've installed the Company Portal (Intune) app, you can install the mobile OneDrive for Business app. This app allows you to access files that you've uploaded to OneDrive for Business from your computer. 1. Open the Company Portal app and touch All Apps. 2. Touch OneDrive. 3. The status changes to "Pending sync". 4. When the App Installation prompt appears, touch Install. 5. Touch Install. 6. The status changes to "Downloading"; it can take a couple minutes for the app to install. Press the Home button. 7. Touch the OneDrive icon to launch it. If the icon shows a progress indicator, OneDrive is still installing and you'll need to wait for it to complete. 8. Touch the or phone field. 12 Document Owner: IT Services

13 9. Enter your Stantec address and touch Go. 10. Touch Sign in to OneDrive for Business. 11. Touch OK. 12. OneDrive opens showing a popup tooltip; touch anywhere on the screen to close it. If you have not uploaded any files to OneDrive from your computer, the Files view will show an empty folder. The Recent view shows the files you have worked on most recently. The Sites view is not currently used as this feature has not yet been deployed. The Shared view shows files that you have shared and that have been shared with you by others. The Me view allows you to change your OneDrive settings, add an account, and access help. 13 Document Owner: IT Services

14 Add Activities Apple's ios includes "activities" that allow you to share files, photos, websites, etc., between apps. This feature is what you use to send a photo from the Photos app to Outlook, for example. As you install apps such as Outlook and OneDrive for Business on your device, you will need to set up each app as an activity so that it is available as a selection when you choose the Share option in another app. 1. Open an app such as Photos and touch the Share icon. 2. Touch the More (...) icon. You may need to swipe to the left to see it. 3. Turn on each app you want to include as a share option and touch Done. The new activities are now visible in the share list. 14 Document Owner: IT Services
