3 1 Server Configuration Windows: Windows Server 2008 R2 Enterprise Edition Service Pack 1 Processor: Intel Xeon 2.4GHz Memory: 6 GB System: 64-bit 2 Client Configuration Windows: Windows 8.1 Enterprise Edition Processor: Intel Core 2GHz Memory: 16 GB System: 64-bit 3 Environment ConnectBridge Server is installed and running on the server. Dynamics CRM 2013 is installed on a virtual machine on the mentioned server. MS SQL Server 2014 is installed on the client. Connection between the client and the server is via wireless connection. SQL Queries to interact with CRM 2013 were executed from within MS SQL Server Management studio on the client machine via a configured Linked Server. 4 Performance Benchmark 4.1 Performing CRUD operations against a single entity. Performing CRUD operations against entity Contact with 159 properties. It performs around 1,000,000 operations in the entity Account in a timeframe around 4 hours. This includes inserts and updates. 21 Apr 2016 Page 4/5

5 1,000,000 records / 4 hours => 250,000 records /hour => 4,167 records / minute => ~70 records/second This performance is achieved thanks to the BULK OPERATIONS stored procedures provided by our CRM Connector in the platform 6 Conclusion CB-Linked-Server proves to be an efficient and a reliable way to manipulate and operate on data on Dynamics CRM. 21 Apr 2016 Page 5/5
