1 Login Page Welcome/Login Page A link is provided on this page which allows new users to register. Returning Users can simply enter their Address and Password to enter the site. If you are a returning user and have forgotten your password, a link can be provided to reset your Password. If you are an Ariba user you will need to enter your address so we can store your transaction history and sent notifications.

2 Home Page Home Page A compact navigation bar will help you find the items you are looking for. The button corresponding to the page you are currently viewing will remain highlighted. The main content section of the Home Page provides quick links to common areas. Users can go directly to browsing for products, or see a quick glimpse of recently placed orders. Links to the most used areas of My Account are also shown here. 2

3 Product Menu Quick Access Menu You may also skip directly to any product at any time by using the Product drop down menu. This menu will display all categories and products in a compact format with the preview included. When using the menu, the mouse over product preview will float down to stay on your screen. 3

4 Product Catalog Select a product The enhanced product catalog will save you time by reducing clicks to navigate through products and categories. The products can be viewed as thumbnails or as a list. 4

5 Static Item Detail Item Detail Select Quantity Once you have selected a product you will see the item detail screen. This will allow you to view a larger image and select your quantity before going on to customize the product. 5

6 Customizable Item Detail Select Color and Quantity Once you have selected a customizable product you will see the color options available.when a color is selected the quantity screen pops up before going on to customize the product. You can select multiple sizes of the product all at one time

7 Customizing Items Select Imprint Color and Logo If you elect to have the Johns Manville logo on the product you will also have the option to select the color of the logo. Once you have selected your imprint color you will be able to select the logo and add the item to the cart. Due to branding requirements options will be limited.

8 Streamlined Checkout Process Once page checkout! The checkout process has been enhanced to further reduce clicks. The shopping cart now includes a small product thumbnail and the Estimated Delivery date, which will adjust according to the shipping location. Shipping and Payment options have been added to this section. You can add new locations to My Account without navigating away from your order. Our user surveys have confirmed that users prefer one large page to multiple page checkouts. 8

9 Completing your order All finished! Once the order is placed, you will see a Thank You screen which includes the order confirmation number. You will also be able to open a printerfriendly version of your order. This will include the order details and small-scale proofs for your records. In most cases you will also receive an confirmation which contains all of the order details. Individual companies may have different options, such as punching out to a different application for checkout. This page offers a survey for users to give feedback. We take these comments seriously and continuously work on improving the site. 9

10 History and Tracking How to check status Our enhanced Order History page allows you to quickly click and view orders without navigating through additional pages. Select users will be granted permission to view all history across all users. Users can track the status of their order at any time. 10
