1 This part contains an instruction, task or a skill which you need to sow evidence of being able to do Once you have completed a task and shown evidence of it write the date underneath the task instruction 1/5/2016 This is an example of how to use this checklist / evidence document Insert screenshots and add an explanation to show how you performed that task or skill e.g. The screenshot here shows how to save a document as a different file type you click on File then Save as then in the Save as type drop down menu you select the appropriate file type. Note: you might need to change the position of the screenshot this is down by clicking on the image then selecting Position from the Format menu. You can chose whatever you think is the most appropriate positioning of the image. You can also Crop the screenshot from the Format menu if needed. Open and close the spreadsheet application Open and close spreadsheets Create a new spreadsheet based on a default template Save a spreadsheet to a location on a drive Save a spreadsheet under another name Save a spreadsheet as another file type e.g. template, text file Switch between open spreadsheets Working With Spreadsheets Set user preferences user name, default folder to open and save spreadsheets Personalising your spreadsheet can be found under the popular tab Enhancing Productivity 1
