1 1.0 Overview Users are able to add commonly used forms to the RRR packet to encourage households to submit verification of their circumstances at the same time that they return their RRR packets. These forms are listed on the View or Edit page. To allow for users to add forms as easily as possible, there are two pages that allow access to the View or Edit page: View RRR Detail Listing (RRR) Case Wrap Up (Interactive Interview) 1.1 View RRR Detail Listing The Checklist button is enabled when a user highlights a row under the Search Results, and the row that is highlighted has an RRR Status of Initiated, Pending, or Generated. Note: Keep in mind that if the RRR is in Generated Status, the RRR packet has already been mailed and the form would be sent separate. Page 1 of 5

2 1.2 Case Wrap Up The button is only enabled if the HLPG that is highlighted has an upcoming RRR Month and the RRR is not in Started Status. For example, Expedited Food Assistance (FA) never has an RRR Month; therefore, if Expedited FA is highlighted, the button is disabled. If the RRR is in Generated status (RRR packet already sent), then the RRR packet will not be sent again. Only the forms will be sent out. 2.0 View or Edit The forms listed on the View or Edit page are displayed based on the HLPG selected. Whether the user is accessing this page through the View RRR Detail Listing page or the Case Wrap Up page, a HLPG must be highlighted. The View or Edit page has two tabs from which forms can be selected. They are discussed below. 2.1 Individual-Level Forms Tab This tab shows a list of all individuals on the case and all individual-level verifications for that HLPG. To add a form to the RRR Packet, highlight the individual s name and click the Page 2 of 5

3 checkbox next to the form name, and click the Add button. This will add the form to the Selected Forms column. 2.2 Case-Level Forms Tab This tab displays all Available and Selected case-level forms. The forms listed in the Available column are the forms based on the HLPG selected before the user navigates to the View or Edit page. To add the form to the RRR Packet, click the checkbox next to the available form and select the Add button. This will add the form to the Selected Forms column. 3.0 Forms Available for Selection On the View or Edit page is a list of forms that can be sent out with the RRR Packet.
