3 New Home Page With our simplified home page, it s easier than ever to navigate the site and find the products and services you need. Navigation Bar Roll over the tabs to view the drop down links available. Search Our enhanced search includes keywords, part numbers, order numbers, and website. Browse Quickly start your search by clicking on the product category right from the home page, sorted alphabetically. 6 My Account/Login Registered customers click here to login and access your account information. View Cart Click here to view the items in your cart. 6 Quick Order Form You don t have to go any further than our home page to add items to your cart quickly and easily using part numbers.

Refine Your Search Results Easily refine your search and find the exact product you re looking for by selecting the attributes you need all laid out on one page. Inventory The search results page shows product availability. Add to Cart/Add to List Once you find the product you are looking for, check Add to Cart to add it to your Shopping Cart and/or Add to your Shopping List for easy reordering.

7 Shopping Cart Your cart contains a descriptive list of the items you ve selected for purchase. You can easily add, modify or remove items from your cart before checkout. Item Number Click on this link to view the Item Details page for the product. Comment Use the comment feature to provide line item specific instructions on your packing slip. Your Price If you are logged in, you will see your pricing, if applicable, in the cart. Checkout Click this link to proceed to checkout. Create Shopping List Click this link to add the product to a personal list for future reference and repeat buys.

Contact Information This section shows your purchase order number, ship date, name, address and telephone # of contact person. Billing Address Your billing address will be pre-filled with the information provided at the time of account registration. Shipping Address To make checkout even faster, our ship-to will be pre-filled with your selected default shipping address. You may modify your ship-to or add a new address if needed. 6

9 Checkout Order Information Use this section to write notes, select your shipping method and provide special shipping instructions. You have a choice of PickUp or Courier. You provide courier details in shipping instruction. Products In this section you can review your order one last time before you click Submit Order.

10 Confirmation Confirmation via The Thank you for your order! confirms that your order has been successfully submitted and provides you with your order number.

11 My Account The My Account page provides a quick snapshot of your account information, recent orders, default billing and default shipping addresses. Manage your account easily and efficiently using these features: Edit Account This section allows you to easily modify your personal account information, (phone number, address, and password).

12 Shipping Addresses Allows you to select a shipping address. Order Pad This section is to add items to your cart quickly and easily using part numbers.

13 Item History In this section a history of your orders appears based on the dates selected under Item History Settings. You can quickly check previous order prices, quantities purchased and conveniently add items previously purchased to your cart. Also get detailed product description and check availability.

14 Saved Orders This section directs you to the Saved Order screen where all your saved orders will be listed. You can easily submit orders previously saved. Review Orders Search, review and check your order status.

15 Shopping List Speed up the procurement process using Shopping Lists for repeat buys. With one central location for all of your Lists, this section makes it very easy to find your most frequently purchased items.

16 Wish List Add items to your Wish List. Click on any Item Number and go to Item Details. You can now add items to your Wish List. This section makes it faster than ever to find any items you ve added to your Wish List.
