Sellers can allow the customers to Quote for their products. On - July 18, 2016 This module is very useful for ordering the seller s products in bulk. Using this module buyers can communicate with sellers about their queries. Sellers and admin can enable the quote system for their products. This module is an add-on of Magento2 Marketplace Module. To use this module you must have installed first Magento2 Marketplace. Note: Magento2 Marketplace Quote System will not work with the Grouped Products. Features Of Quote System Marketplace Add-On Admin and Seller can enable the quote system for their products. The customer can enter custom prices for quoted products. The customer can order the seller s products in bulk. Customer, Admin, and Seller all can view the quoted products. The seller can view the bulk orders, price and status of a particular quoted product. Buyer can communicate with sellers about their queries. Admin can also involve between the buyer and seller conversation. Admin can also change the status of customer quote. Admin can also add the quote system on their products. Works with multi-store and multi-website of Magento. The seller receives notification when the buyer sends any quotation for the products and the buyer receives notification when seller approves their quotation. The seller & admin receives notification when the buyer sends any quotation for the products and the buyer receives notification when seller/admin approves their quotation. Multi-Lingual Support. The code is fully open & you can customize it according to your need. Configuration For Multi-lingual Support For the multilingual support, admin will navigate through Store->Configuration->General ->Locale Options and select the locale as German (the language into which admin want to translate his store content). 1/15

2 Quote System Marketplace Add-On Translation If a user wants to translate their module from English to German then they need to follow the path app/code/webkul/mpquotesystem/i18n in their unzipped folder and will get a CSV file with name en_us.csv. Now they will rename that CSV as de_de.csv and translate all right side content after the comma in the German language. After editing the CSV, save it and then upload it to the path app/code/webkul/mpquotesystem/i18n where they have installed Magento2 on the server. The module will get translated into the German Language. It supports both RTL and LTR languages. 2/15

3 The user can edit the CSV like the image below. Admin Configuration Quote System Marketplace Add-On After the successful installation of the module, the admin will navigate through Stores->Configuration->Webkul- >Marketplace-> Marketplace Quotesystem. Here the admin can Enable or Disable the quote system for the products by selecting Yes or No as per the requirement as shown below in the snapshot. 3/15

4 Seller management Of Quote System Marketplace Add-On Seller will enable the quote status as Enable and set minimum quote quantity under Product Page so that the customer can quote for that product. 4/15

5 After enabling the quote status for the particular product, customers can give their quote. 5/15

6 When customer will click on Quote This Product below pop up will open. Here customers can enter Quote details. 6/15

7 Manage Quote Sellers can manage the Quote under Marketplace > Manage Quote. Using Manage Quote seller can edit the Quote and also delete the quote. 7/15

8 After clicking on Edit option below page will open. From here seller can change the status of the quote and send the message to the buyer. 8/15

9 My Quotes Buyer Buyers can find the list of the Quotes and also edit the quotes under My Account > My Quotes. 9/15

10 After clicking on Edit option below page will be open here buyer can edit the quote details. 10/15

11 If quote status is approved, buyers can add that product to their cart with quote price. After clicking on Add to cart buyer will redirect to cart page as per the given screenshot. 11/15

12 Admin management Of Quote System Marketplace Add-On Admin can enable or disable the quote status for a particular product. Admin will have to enable the Quote status as enable and set minimum quote quantity so that customer can quote for that product. 12/15

13 Manage Quote Admin can find all Quotes under Marketplace Management -> Marketplace Quote Manager as shown below in the screenshot. 13/15

14 Here admin can edit and delete the quotes and send his message to the buyer and seller. After click on Edit admin will able to edit the quote, like change the status of the quote and enter message regarding a particular quote. 14/15
