After you have entered all the information in the table, save the exercise as Exercise4.html in your Table Exercises folder

3 Exercise #5: 1. Create the table below: a. Place a 5 pixel border around your table b. Center the table across your screen c. Set the width of the table to make it attractive on the screen (similar to the image below) d. Use your align and valign tags to make the text appear as shown in the image below e. After you have finished your table, save the exercise as Exercise5.html in your Table Exercises folder

4 Table Exercise #6 Assignment: Create a web page to demonstrate the use of table tags. You will create a web page that uses multiple tables. 1. Create a folder in your Table Exercises folder titled tablefavorites. Create another folder inside your tablefavorites folder titled images. You should start with the basic code for our html web pages including the <head> section. In the <head> section, use the <meta> and <title> tags. Be sure to change the title to read My Favorites. Save this file in the tablefavorites folder as index.html. 2. At the top of the index.html page, use a heading tag in the largest style that reads: Your Name -Favorites 3. Your first table should have a caption above it labeled Movies. The table should have 3 columns and 4 rows. The column headings should be bolded and read Title, Summary, and Rating. You will fill in the other rows with your three favorite movie titles, a brief summary, and the movie rating. The border should be set to 1 so we see a border around your table. 4. Your second table should have a caption above it labeled Songs. The table should have 4 columns and 4 rows. The column headings should be bolded and read Title, Artist, Album, and Link to Lyrics. You will fill in the other rows with your three favorite song titles, the artist name, the album name it appears on, and a link to the lyrics from the Internet. The border should be set to 1 so we see the border. 5. Your third table should have a caption above it labeled Foods. The table should have 3 columns and 4 rows. The column headings should be bold and read Title, Description, and Picture. You will fill in the other rows with your three favorite foods, a brief description, and a picture of the food (this picture should be saved in your images folder for this page you may need to adjust the size of the picture(s) so they are similar in size). The border should be set to something greater than one so it appears thicker that the other tables. 6. At the bottom of the page include a 1 x 1 table. Right-aligned in the table, place Created by: Your Name and September 2013 directly underneath. You should use a line break to keep these lines close together (no blank line space between the two).
