28 Account Administration Procedure The following frames introduce the "Account Administration" function on the ecommerce website. This procedure begins on the main ecommerce page after login. 1. 29 2. The administrator option is only available if the user is an account administrator. If administration rights are required, please contact your Terex representative. 30 4. Several activities are possible on the Contact Details page. Most notably, the ability to adjust Roles. Account Address Manager - Contact can create new addresses. Administrator - Contact can create & edit contacts for the organization. Approver - Contact can approve orders (if order approval is enabled). Buyer - Contact can place orders. 5. Click the Back To Contacts link. 6. Next, the simulation will demonstrate working with available addresses. Click the Address Book link. 7. Click the Inherited Addresses hyperlink. 61 2. This process is completed using a Microsoft Excel template, which is available from the website. Click the download a Sample Template link. 3. Click the Save as button. 4. Cart options: Empty Cart: Remove all current items from the cart, while you may also delete individual items using the trash icon. Edit Cart: Allows adjust of options such as item quantity. The customers primary shipping address is set as the default but can be changed, either by selecting a previously saved address or entering a new one. Critical: Before entering a new address, confirm the address or something similar does not already exist in the address book. 5. Click the Select from Address Book button.
