This guide will provide an overview for Ordering Methods as well as some additional features and site functionality. 2 Ordering Methods Ordering Methods Independence Medical customers can use the following methods in the Place Order tab. a. Reorder allows the ability to easily order the last 100 items ordered from Independence Medical b. Web Express allows the ability to order items by providing Item Number and quantity c. Search Catalog find items by item number, keyword, HCPCS code, manufacturer or category d. Favorites List Select from items you have added to your Favorites List

3 a) Reorder Reorder allows the ability to easily order the last 100 items ordered from Independence Medical. Quick Start 1. Click Reorder in the Place Order drop down menu 2. On the Reorder page view item, verify Quantity and Unit of Measure selections 3. After selections are made, Click Add to Cart for each item you would like to add to the order Detailed Step 1 of 3. Locate the Place Order link in the primary navigation - Click Reorder On load, the Reorder page will display up to 100 of the last items ordered and offer information to help you remember past order details: o o o Date of Service Last Sold by Quantity Last ordered Step 2 of 3. To purchase items, verify Quantity and click Add to Cart for each item you want to your reorder. If item is available in multiple Units of Measure, make a selection by clicking desired choice of selector box. Note: If an item is no longer available, the item link will not be functional and/or the Unit of Measure will be deactivated. Step 3 of 3. Each item you add to cart will be available in your Shopping Cart.

4 b) Web Express Multiple Items Web Express allows the ability to order multiple items by providing item numbers and quanties in the form fields Available on the Place Order menu. Quick Start 1. On the primary navigation menu Click Place Order drop down menu, click Web Express 2. In the form fields, provide Item Number and Quantity for up to 80 items 3. Click Add to Cart to all inputted items to order Detailed Step 1 of 3. To add multiple items via Web Express, locate the Place Order link in the primary navigation then Click Web Express. Step 2 of 3. Fill in Item Number and Quantity for as many items as desired up to 100. Note: if more than the provided amount of form fields are needed, click Need More Items to display more form fields. Click Add to Cart to proceed to Shopping Cart. Step 3 of 3. Items will now be in your Shopping Cart.

5 Web Express Multiple Items Frequently Asked Questions When ordering multiple items via Web Express, you may experience the following prompts. Below is a series of questions and answers to most common scenarios. Frequently Asked Questions Q. On entering the Shopping Cart page, I received an error that says: 0 Item Numbers matched. What do I do? A. Unfortunately, the item is not available for purchase. Click Clear to eliminate the error and finish checking out. Q. On entering the Shopping Cart, I received an error that says: Please Update Unit of Measure. What do I do? A. You must choose a unit of Measure for the indicated item. Click linked Unit of Measurement to open a modal window that allows selection. Make a selection, Click Update.

6 c) Web Express Single Item Web Express allows the ability to order single items by providing an Item Number and Quantity in the form fields Available in the Shopping Cart. Quick Start 1. Click Shopping Cart, locate Web Express in top right of page 2. In the form fields, provide Item Number and Quantity for a single item 3. Click Add to place items in Shopping Cart Step 1 of 3. Click the Shopping Cart link at the top right of any page on indemed.com. Step 2 of 3. Locate Web Express on the top right of the Shopping Cart. Fill in Item Number and Quantity for a single item. Click Add to add inputted item to order. The item will then appear at the top of the order. Note: A Success Message indicating the item has been added to the order will appear for a few seconds. Step 3 of 3. Each item you add to cart will be available in your Shopping Cart.

7 Web Express Single Items Frequently Asked Questions When ordering single items via Web Express, you may experience the following prompts. Below is a series of questions and answers to most common scenarios. Frequently Asked Questions Q. On entering an item into the Web Express, I received an error: Sorry, we were unable to match the item number to any products. Please enter a valid item number or click here to search. What do I do? A. The choice is yours. You can click the embedded link to search for items or attempt to re-enter the item number. If a match is found, a message indicating Success! will appear in line with the item. Q. On entering the Shopping Cart, I received an error that says: Please Update Unit of Measurement. What do I do? A. You must choose a unit of Measure for the indicated item. Click linked Unit of Measurement to open a modal window that allows selection. Make a selection, Click Update.

8 d) Search Catalog Search for items using Item Number, Keywords, HCPCS Codes, Category or Manufacturer. You can use any combination of fields to find the products you like. Quick Start Search for items using Item #, Keywords, HCPCS Codes, Category or Manufacturer Browse grid search results to find desired products Use Quick View or Product Details page to add items to your order Detailed Step 1 of 3. Locate the search field and Input any Item Number, Keyword, HCPCS Code, Category or Manufacturer. Click the magnifying glass or press enter on your keyboard to see the results. Step 2 of 3. Search results are returned in grid format. Parse through the options to select your items. Item information such as Description, Sold by, Manufacturer, Price, and HCPCS code will be displayed. Hovering and clicking over the image displays the Quick View option or click linked Item Name to view product details. Step 3 of 3. From the Quick View modal or the Product Details page items can be easily added to your cart. Simply review the item information and input a quantity then select a unit of measure (if available) by clicking Add to Cart

9 e) Favorites List Favorits list allows the ability to manage a list of your favorite items making purchasing efficient and easy. Quick Start 1. Click Favorites List in the Place Order drop down menu 2. Locate the desired list from the drop down menu 3. After selecting, the corresponding favorite s list will display all items click Add Item to add to order Detailed Step 1 of 3. Locate and click the Favorites List link in the primary navigation - Click Favorites List On load, the Favorite s List page will display a drop down menu Select the desired list to display its contents. Note: List management is also done on this page delete and edit lists using the appropriate links. Step 2 of 3. After the selected list is displayed, peruse the items; verify Quantity and click Add Item to add items to your Cart. If item is available in multiple Units of Measure, make a selection by clicking desired choice. If an item is no longer available, the link will not be functional and/or the Unit of Measure will be deactivated. Step 3 of 3. Each item you add to cart will be available in your Shopping Cart.

10 Additional Functionality a) Unit of Measure Selection Unit of Measure selector functionality combines all item sizes in a single item. Simply select the size you want and then click Add to Cart. Unit of Measure Selector Functionality Unit of Measure functionality is offered on items that are sold in multiple quantities. This is indicated in the Sold by area of search results by multiple units and a ranged price display. To access, hover over a product image Click Quick View or click on a product item link to navigate to the corresponding details page. On either the Quick View page or a product details page, hover over a blue selector box to display corresponding pricing and size information. On click, the selection will be locked-in and verified near the Add to Cart button. Note: Items that are available in a single Unit of Measure will have a preselected box. On click of Add to Cart, the selected item at the displayed price will be transferred to the Shopping Cart. Click Shopping Cart icon in top right of page to begin checkout.

11 b) Inventory Tool Inventory Tool allows the user to access item inventory information from the product detail page. Detailed Located on product detail pages is a tabbed interface with an Inventory Information tab. Click the Inventory Information tab to access inventory about the selected item. On load, the tab interface will display corresponding inventory information per selected unit of measure. It is broken down by Warehouse location and selected Unit of Measurement.

12 c) Vendor Packaging Vendor Packaging can be selected on the checkout page simply click the check box to add the option to your items. Detailed The option to select Vendor Packaging is located on the Checkout screen. To select Vendor Packaging, click the check box associated with the item you would like to receive with Vendor Packaging. Click Select all to add the Vendor Packaging preference to the entire order. Note: to remove all checkboxes from all line items, click Select all again to deselect all checkboxes.
