1 REGISTRATION The EUROPEAN HANDBALL FEDERATION hereby invites you to register for the W17 EHF EURO 2019 or for the W17 EHF CHAMPIONSHIPS 2019 (depending on the YAC Women s ranking). The Events are open for players born 2002 and younger! The registration for all Federations, consisting of the REGISTRATION FORM, ARBITRATION AGREEMENT and PLEDGE OF COMMITMENT as well as EHF CODE OF CONDUCT. To take part in the W17 EHF EURO 2019 or W17 EHF CHAMPIONSHIPS 2019 all filled in and signed documents shall be received by the EHF by Monday 29 January 2018 at the latest. All matches played in the W17 EHF EURO 2019 will be subject to the EHF YAC EURO Regulations. All matches played in the W17 EHF CHAMPIONSHIPS 2019 will be subject to the EHF YAC CHAMPIONSHIPS Regulations. The entry fee for the European Championships is 375 payable to the EHF at the time of registration. In accordance with the EHF YAC EURO or CHAMPIONSHIPS Regulations a refundable deposit of EUR 1,875 must be paid to the EHF at the time of registration. The EHF Executive Committee is permitted to set a permanent deposit of an amount between EUR 0 and EUR 6,000 for each Member Federation, depending on the frequency of participation shall be laid down. Within the EHF development project, the EHF will bear a portion of the costs of each participating team in the European Championships. The amount is 6,000 per team and will be credited to the respective national accounts at the EHF. Any withdrawal from the EURO or CHAMPIONSHIPS will be regarded as a forfeit in accordance with the valid EHF Regulations.

6 WOMEN S 17 EHF EURO 2019 WOMEN S 17 EHF CHAMPIONSHIPS 2019 PLEDGE OF COMMITMENT EHF Regulations, Arbitration Agreement and Code of Conduct Agreement By registering for participation, all entrants to the Women s 17 EHF EURO 2019 or Women s 17 CHAMPIONSHIPS 2019 accept the conditions applicable to the competition, the EHF statutes and regulations governing the competition including (without limitation) the EHF Legal Regulations, the EHF List of Penalties, the EHF Code of Conduct Agreement and the arbitration agreement concerning the final settlement of disputes by the EHF Court of Arbitration. The signatories ensure that the related obligations together with the arbitration agreement are forwarded to their members/associates and that their members/associates forward this obligation in turn to their members/associates. 7 This Code of Conduct Agreement (Code) applies for all National Federations, National Federations officials, National Federation related players and National Team related persons (all four groups subsequently summarized as National Teams) regarding all competitions and activities including the organization within the own territory, the participation in any activities as well as administrative handling or actions. Participation in EHF competitions 1. National Federations shall act and compete in all competitions and events with an honest effort to follow the rules and the spirit of fairness and sportsmanlike conduct. The goal of the competition is to give one s best effort while displaying honesty, integrity, and sportsmanship. 2. National Federations shall display courtesy and respect toward the opposing team, the EHF and its officials as well as EHF Partners and other EHF related organizations and persons. 3. National Federations shall take all necessary personnel and organizational measures to ensure these requirements. Contact to EHF/EHF Officials 4. Contact of a National Federation concerned or persons related to a National Federation to EHF officials nominated for a match shall be carried out only by persons which have high standards of integrity and honesty. The responsibility of such conduct is with the respective National Federation. 5. Persons which are supposed to be in contact with nominated EHF officials shall be informed on this code of conduct agreement, including its principles and consequences of offences. 6. Any communication, verbal and non-verbal, which could influence the acting of an EHF official in connection with a match is a violation of an EHF event. Due Conduct and Financial and Organizational Integrity 7. National Federations are obliged to ensure that all parties involved, especially all EHF officials are treated in an utmost neutral way and not exposed to any endangering situation as undue contacts. 8. Due conduct avoids any words or actions before, during or after a match which may mislead an EHF Official or any other persons being on duty on behalf of the EHF. This includes any information which is likely to influence the acting of an EHF official on a long term basis. 9. No services shall be offered to any EHF official or any other persons being on duty on behalf of the EHF beyond the necessary guest hospitality concerning board, lodging and transport by the organizing federation.

8 10. No presents or gifts shall be offered or promised to any EHF official or any other persons being on duty on behalf of the EHF before, during or after a match, except small items of remembrance. 11. No money or anything of value shall be given to any third party, where there is reason to believe it will be passed on to anyone involved in the purpose of influencing decisions or results. 12. National Federations shall comply with all applicable international, national and local antibribery standards. 13. National Federations shall not, directly or indirectly, make or offer bribes, kickbacks, or other payments of money or anything of value to anyone, including officials, employees, or representatives of the EHF, any other National Federation, company, or public or international organization, or to any other third party, for the purpose of wrongfully obtaining or retaining in any way undue advantages in connection with a match or a match result. Communication 14. The National Federation shall ensure that this Code (and other relevant information) is provided to all National Federation related persons and organizations. 15. The National Federation shall ensure that the disclose of secrete information on the nomination of EHF officials is limited to those persons being absolutely necessary for a correct preparation of the game or event. Obligation to report 16. All National Federation officials and other persons and organization accountable to the National Federation are obliged to immediately report any observations in connection with any violations of this code of conduct agreement to the EHF. 17. All EHF Officials or any other persons being on duty on behalf of the EHF are obliged to immediately report any observations in connection with and violations of this Code of Conduct Agreement to the EHF. 18. Based on such reports proceedings at the responsible stages of Appeal within the EHF will be initiated accordingly. Handling and Follow-up 19. Any communication, verbal and non-verbal, which could influence the acting of an EHF official or any other persons being on duty on behalf of the EHF in connection with a match or an EHF event is a violation of this code of conduct agreement. 20. National Federations have to guarantee their utmost protection for nominated EHF officials or any other persons being on duty on behalf of the EHF during their stay in the host country. This includes a security service during the entire stay in order to make sure that no undue influence or approach by third parties is possible without recognition, if necessary. 21. Any approach of a third party can be regarded as a lack in the required protection and directly accountable to the home/organizing National Federation. 22. Depending on the severeness of the violation, warnings, punishments according to the EHF Arbitration Regulations up to consequences in the full extend of the ruling within this agreement may be awarded by the responsible legal body within the EHF. Legal Remedy can be used accordingly.

9 23. Violations of this code of conduct agreement as well as comparable actions against basic principles of fairness and sport can result in a suspension of the National Federation for future international competitions in accordance with the applicable EHF statues and regulations. Declaration 24. The undersigning National Federation confirms that it will participate in EHF competitions and any other activities in a correct, fair and sportsmanlike way and it guarantees that it will not influence any competitions, officials or any other persons being on duty on behalf of the EHF in an undue way or try to manipulate any result. This includes undue influence, gifts and presents, trial and acceptance of offers for manipulation and/or respective attempts in connection with the perspective of certain betting or lottery achievements. 25. With the signature below the signing National Federation acknowledges that the Code of Conduct Agreement and the related penalties for violations are understood confirmed. In addition it confirms that it will pass on the code of conduct agreement at hand to all parties being in contact with EHF officials or any other persons being on duty on behalf of the EHF. 26. The mutual consent regarding the code of conduct agreement is a basic condition for the participation of the National Federation concerned in EHF competitions and activities. By signing below, I affirm that I have read and agree to abide by the Code of Conduct. I thus honour the letter and spirit of this Agreement. 10 WOMEN S 17 EHF EURO 2019 WOMEN S 17 EHF CHAMPIONSHIPS 2019 Schiedsvereinbarung (gem 582 özpo) Alle Streitigkeiten zwischen der EHF und dem nationalen Verband, dem nationalen Verband und anderen EHF Mitgliedsverbänden sowie allen Streitigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit EHF Wettbewerben werden nach Ausschöpfung des EHF internen Instanzenzuges vom EHF Schiedsgericht entschieden. Dieses ersetzt ein Verfahren vor einem ordentlichen Gericht. Sitz des Schiedsgerichtes ist Wien, Österreich. Verfahrenssprache ist Englisch. Es gelten die Schiedsordnung des EHF Schiedsgerichtes und die zwingenden Vorschriften des Vierten Abschnitts der österreichischen Zivilprozessordnung ( 577 ff ZPO). Im Übrigen bestimmt das Schiedsgericht das Verfahren nach freiem Ermessen. In allen nicht geregelten Fällen gelten die 577 ff der österreichischen Zivilprozessordnung subsidiär. Die Unterfertigenden bestätigen den Erhalt und die Akzeptanz der Schiedsordnung des EHF Schiedsgerichtes (ECA). Arbitration Agreement (acc 582 Austrian ZPO) Any dispute between the EHF and the National Federation, between the National Federation and any other National Federation member of the EHF or any dispute arising out of or in connection with EHF competitions shall be finally settled by arbitration by the EHF Court of Arbitration, after exhaustion of all EHF internal legal remedies. EHF Court of Arbitration proceedings replace ordinary public courts proceedings. The seat of the Court shall be Vienna, Austria. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The Rules of Arbitration of the EHF Court of Arbitration (in force at the place of arbitration) and the obligatory provisions pursuant to chapter four of the Austrian Code of Civil Procedure from which the parties may not derogate by agreement (Sec. 577 ff Austrian Code of Civil Procedure [Zivilprozessordnung - ZPO]) shall apply. Apart from this, the arbitral chamber shall have complete discretion in conducting the proceedings. In all cases not specifically regulated the Austrian Code of Civil Procedure (Sec. 577 ff Zivilprozessordnung - ZPO) shall apply subsidiarily. The signing parties confirm receipt and acceptance of the Rules of Arbitration of the EHF Court of Arbitration. Accord arbitral (conf. au 582, Code autrichien de procédure civile) Tous les litiges entre l EHF et la Fédération Nationale, entre la Fédération Nationale et n importe quelle autre Fédération Nationale membre de l EHF ainsi que tous les litiges survenant des ou liés aux compétitions de l EHF, doivent être tranchés définitivement par la Cour d arbitrage de l EHF, après épuisement de tous les recours légaux internes à l EHF. La procédure de la Cour d arbitrage de l EHF remplace une procédure devant les tribunaux ordinaires. Le siège du Tribunal d arbitrage est fixé à Vienne, Autriche. La langue de la procédure est l anglais. La procédure est régie par le Règlement d arbitrage de la Cour d arbitrage de l EHF et par les dispositions contraignantes de la Quatrième section du Code autrichien de procédure civile ( 577 et suiv.). Pour le reste, la Cour d arbitrage détermine librement l organisation de la procédure. Dans tous les cas non réglés, les 577 et suiv. du Code autrichien de procédure civile s appliquent subsidiairement.
