Baccarat Camera View The camera view allows you to see a virtual table layout with the cards laid out the same as on the table itself. All information is displayed on the right side of the camera view. This data feed window also includes a data stream. Data Feed Window The Virtual Display displays the cards in play along with the total of these cards. Winning hands will be highlighted in green.

Side Bet Counts for the most popular Baccarat side bets are displayed. Counts are updated at the conclusion of each hand. On each of the counts, line graphs are hyperlinked to the video. When moussing over the line graph, you ll see the count at that time. By clicking on the line, it ll take you to that hand in the game.

The data view shows each Coup with the results along with each card as it s drawn. Each line in the data is hyperlinked to the video and clicking any data will rewind the video to when that particular card was pulled from the shoe.

Bet Session Recording The purpose of a Bet Session is to provide peace of mind that the Patron being reviewed is not winning beyond statistical norms, is not exploiting First Card advantage and with Side Bet Counts this will indicate whether betting patterns are taking advantage of favourable opportunities. To begin a new Bet Recording Session click on the Bet Recording button. Now because econnect receives the data from the shoe, each round is time stamped. At the top of the screen you will see the start and end times of the shoe you are currently on.

To begin, set the time on the camera to the beginning of the shoe or the round of the player you wish to record bets then click on the NEW SESSION button. Next if you have the econnect Ratings module and the player is being rated you can click on the dropdown next to rating and select the player you want to record bets for.

If you do not have the econnect Rating module and/or the player is not being rated you can manually fill out the info. Make sure you input the table Max/Min Bets for the time you are inputting the information. Below the player information in the same window, you will see the possible bet options on the table. You will see which round is currently in action on the table. Simply input the amount bet by the patron in the correct box for that round. Once the round is completed you will see that number disappear and the round change to the next round.

The Green box will indicate what bets won on that round. In the picture above Player was the winning hand. Each round can be entered this way or another option to enter the bet is to click OPEN GRID. Here you will see a grid that shows each round and you can enter the bets that were made.

As the bets are placed in the respective places on the summary the information on the top of the page will update along with identifying how much was won or lost on each round. Note the report will Auto Save so you can just input the bets then close out the window. Once complete you need to check the Bet Session Complete box, you will see the box go from red to green, then you can click on the REPORT button and you will see the following report.

You can start a new Bet Session by scrolling to the top and clicking on NEW. Note if a bet session is completed it will appear in green and if you have not checked Bet Session Complete it will appear in red. Now this Bet Session is completed. Anyone that views this shoe they will see this Bet Session. (see picture below) To delete a Bet Session just click on the red X

By clicking the to the particular camera you re viewing. button, you can see all associated devices This is a view from the Items button. It shows Ratings and Baccarat tables. Clicking on any of these will show the data stream for each. This button will allow you to pop-out the data window and drag it to another monitor or area of the screen that is more suitable.

The cameras are in groups. Each group as a plus symbol to the left of the group name, clicking on the plus will expand the group showing all the cameras in the group. On the right, there s a number and further to the right is a + symbol. In the picture above, you see the number 4. This means there are 4 cameras in the group; clicking on this plus will open all cameras in the group at once. To add a camera, you can click on the plus symbol to the left of the group name. This will expand the camera group showing all cameras in the group. To add a camera you can click on the + beside the name and the camera will open. If you click the plus next to another camera you ll add an additional camera. You can also drag and drop the camera name into the viewing area. If you drag and drop onto another camera, it will replace the existing camera with the new camera at the same time the video was playing on the previous camera. Play or fast forward to the end of the clip then click on the end point up arrow and the time and date will auto-fill in the box below it. Once you ve completed these steps click continue. *Note clips must be under 30 minutes.

Next, you re asked if you d like to add the clip to and existing incident or a new incident. If you have a case already created, click on Existing. You ll then see a list of all cases. To add this clip to an existing case simply click on the and the clip will be placed in that case after you enter the information for the clip. If you re creating a new case, click on New. You ll be prompted to enter an Incident Name along with a summary. (Both fields are required). Incident type is a drop down that s optional. Finally, click create. Next, you ll need to name the clip you re saving. Once the media name and media summary are entered, click save and the clip will begin to export to the Cases tab.

Clicking on this button will bring up all the cameras in your system along with requested information such as where you want to export the video clips and export dates and time. Complete the information needed then click export.

Baccarat Summary View Navigate to this area by clicking on the bacc tab at the top of your navigation bar. (This may be named something different at your property) The summary view will have custom queries created for you to get the most out of your econnect system. Selecting Reports/Graphs There are two ways to run these queries. If you click on the name of the query, it ll go straight to the data grid showing yesterday s data. By clicking on the picture of the graph, it ll graph out the results for that query for the past 7 days and today

so far. By clicking on multiple graphs, you can run multiple queries at the same time and have them graphed out. By placing your mouse on each bar of the graph, it ll tell you how many results for that query for that day. You can drill down into the data by clicking on the bar which will take you to the grid page. You can customize the date and time range by changing the date range, or click on the dropdown and select a range from the last hour to the last 60 days, then click apply. Analyzing the Grid Reports The grid page (shown below) is a lot like Excel. You can sort the data by date and time by clicking on the word time. The arrows pointing down will allow you to select = or >< then you can enter a number to see those specific results.

Attributes: The layout of this screen is customizable to your liking. You can click and drag any of these fields (Time) and drag it to the right if that s what you want to see first. Click on the gear and you can uncheck any fields you don t want to see in your data grid. Then you can save your settings so next time you login your data grid stays the same. If you check this box you ll only see results that have a camera associated to the data you re querying. Flags Once you re on the grid page, you can mouse over each camera to review video and data. Notice that you ll see in the association s column to the far left. Placing your mouse over this icon will allow you to review the video along with the data. When you hover your mouse over the camera icon, you ll see the video associated to the event you are looking at. If there are

multiple cameras associated you will see all cameras. By placing your mouse over the thumbnail you will be able to watch the video. To see the video in the full camera view simply click on the thumbnail. Once you ve reviewed the video a black (or gray if using the dark theme of ec7) flag will appear next to the camera icon. If you or anyone else looks at that video, they ll see who reviewed the clip and when it was reviewed. If you click the green flag, this indicates you ve reviewed the video and have found the transaction is normal or justified with no further action needed. You can also put a note to leave for others to see.

If you click the red flag, this indicates you ve found a problem, potential theft, policy issue or human error and it ll allow others to quickly find, for further review if necessary. Notes can be added by you or anyone on these transactions just click on the red flag and put in the notes and click update. Red Flags can be viewed from the dashboard once you have added it to your new custom dashboard. See POS Connect User Guide for ec7 to learn how to configure your dashboard. Clicking on this number will open all pending reviews. To view any of these, click on the magnifying glass on the left or to view all pending reviews click on the paper icon. To delete, click on the trash can.

Aggregation The Aggregate button is one of the easiest tools within econnect to use and is very powerful. Once you have a large amount of data, you may want to narrow down your search. Click on Aggregate to see the different ways to group the data. Once you ve clicked on Aggregate, you ll have to select how you want to group the data. Below is what your screen will look like: You will see two Aggregate tabs, Aggregate Grouping and Aggregate. Aggregate grouping will allow you to select multiple options when aggregating results. Select which grouping options you want to see then press count at the bottom of the screen.

Now you can select how you want to group the data. For instance, we can group by table to see which table had the most Pair results. So we ll click on Table and Pair. You ll then see the results broken down in the pie chart. Aggregation- The Pie Chart Once your results are returned you ll see which table has the most Pairs for the time frame selected. No matter what you select to group by, it ll break it down in the pie chart or you can select a bar graph. Now all you have to do is select the piece of the pie you want to see and you can review that specific data and video on the grid page.

The next screen will look familiar to the screen you were on prior to entering the Aggregate mode, but you ll notice all the transactions are now isolated to the table you selected in the Pie or bar chart. You can now review each camera. Once you ve sorted the data, you can drill down further by clicking on Aggregate again and sorting by winner, date, etc.

Baccarat Table Status Navigate to the table status tab. This tab will show you the tables that are active on the casino floor. Along with details for each game. If you click on the live check box you ll then be able to check the box to refresh every 5 minutes. This will allow you to see stats on all your tables quickly. As you can see on this table, it shows the number of player wins, Banker wins and Ties. It displays the counts on Dragon 7, Panda 8, Pair Edge. It also shows the Coups per hour. Baccarat Statistics The statistics tab shows all the tables that have been open for a certain time frame along with the following data: o Number of shoes o Average shoes per hour o Game pace o Hands o Player and Banker wins o Ties o Natural player and Natural Banker and Both Natural o Pair for Banker and Pair for Player and Both Pair o Errors

o Alerts Everything that is underlined is hyperlinked to the corresponding data. You can also view the data from the table live by clicking on the table name. (example above by clicking on EC-BACSIM2)

Baccarat Query Builder The Query builder will allow you to search through all data to find exactly what you want to see. Each query is numbered with steps to follow. o First, select your date and time range. o Second, select the query you want to build. There s a dropdown for you to select what you want to search for. I ve selected Cards Drawn. Now you need to select what you want to search - example: select Card Suit and click the + to the left.

o You can see we now have Card Suit under the number 3 field and there is now a number 4 to add filter conditions. o Under 4 is where you determine what you re looking for. You can see above there s a drop down to select which suit we want to search for. Simply select the suit. If you want it to equal that suit, leave equals there and click query. If you want to search for all suits except spade, select spade and change the comparison operator to not equal. Then click query. o If you ve made a query you want to save for later use, click Save As and name the query. This query will show up on Summary View.

Baccarat Export The export tool will allow you to export as much or as little data from one or multiple tables. Select a table by clicking on the one you want. If you want multiple tables, hold down Ctrl and click on the other tables. Next, select the date(s) you want to see the data. Then, select what data you want to export. You can check the box for select all or just check the boxes you want. Next, select where on your PC you want to save the data then click export. The data will appear as an Excel file broken down per shoe. Real Time Alerts Real time alerts are very useful. If you want to see when a Side Bet (Panda 8) hits you can have an alert appear on the screen. The alert will appear in the bottom right corner of your screen in yellow. To setup a Real Time alert go to Setup at the top of your screen. Then click on Bacc then Query Manager Once here you ll see the list of all of your queries, select the query you want to setup as a Real Time Alert and check the box labeled Real Time Alerts

Now click Save Query/Execute and you ll now have the alert setup. To remove the alert, return to this area and uncheck the Real Time Alerts box and Save. Case Manager Navigate to the Case Manager by clicking Cases on the top navigation bar. In the camera section, you learned how to create a case/incident. In this section, you ll learn how to access the incidents, update notes and export cases for use in court, terminations and HR requests.

When clicking the cases button, this is the 1 st screen you ll see: You can open an existing case by clicking the the far left. icon on You can hover over the icon to see thumbnails of the videos in each case so you can quickly find the right files. You can click the create new button on the top left to create a new incident. Case Manager- Accessing Incidents Click the icon

Access Case Notes: This will reside at the very top of the screen once you open it. You can click edit on the far right as needed to add more notes. Downloading Cases: By hovering over the video thumbnail, you can play the video, edit the notes attached to the video or delete the video.

After clicking download, you ll see a windows screen popup, click save to desktop. The file is an executable that can be moved to a thumb drive or burned onto a CD.
