2 What is Remote Deposit? Remote Deposit enables you to make deposits into your bank account electronically - without ever leaving your place of business. All you need is an internet-enabled PC with a browser and the check scanner that we provide. This will save you time by eliminating trips to the bank since you can make deposits from your own computer. How does Remote Deposit work? You accept check payments from your customers. Then, using Remote Deposit, you scan and submit those checks securely over the internet to us. We pick up your remote deposits and process the checks accordingly. It s just that simple. Important Information 5:00 PM: CUTOFF TIME CST Items submitted after 5:00 p.m. CST will be processed on the next business day. Who to call or for Support: Support: ; support@ntouchbanking.com Notes: Make sure you have no exceptions on your deposit after you have clicked Make Deposit. You will do this by reviewing the View Messages tab. Remember to keep all of your checks locked up in a secure location after processing. We recommend that you shred your processed checks 45 days after submitting them for deposit. There is no need for the original check anymore, as the image is now the legal document. Periodically the Bank will conduct a risk assessment to identify the related types and levels o risk exposure with our clients. Please notify the Bank immediately of any employee changes. We strongly discourage the use of sharing user id s; every employee should use their assigned user id and password. 3 Computer Requirements: Internet Connection: Broadband, Highspeed DSL, T1, etc. Microsoft Windows: Windows 7, Windows 8.1, Windows 10 Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 or Google Chrome.NET framework 4.0 or higher 32bit or 64bit only on Windows 7, Windows 8.1 2GB RAM minimum required memory Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 Pentium 4, 2.8GHz minimum processor required Internet Explorer 8 (minimum) to Internet Explorer 11 or Google Chrome USB 2.0 Port 443 unlocked to allow https connections User must have Administrative Rights to the local drive for the install and updates All Window Updates marked 'Critical' should be downloaded & installed Microsoft.NET Framework 4.6 (Web Installer): Microsoft Report Viewer 2008 SP1: All Java Updates installed. See Adobe Reader v9 or higher for report viewing. See For Google Chrome Meta4 must be downloaded hokpbgkdc?hl=en IMPORTANT: Device manufacturers recommend that the scanner be connected via a back USB port on the PC; and directly to the USB port not via a USB hub, or laptop docking station and/or port replicator. Recommended distance from any other electronic device, including the PC monitor should be 12-inches. 3 P a g e
4 HOW TO PROCESS MY DEPOSIT: 1 - Run an adding machine total of your deposit. 2 - Log into N Touch Remote Deposit by clicking on the Remote Deposit Icon. 3 - Enter your user name, password, and company name provided by the bank. 4 P a g e

6 6 - A new window will pop up: Click Scan from the menu bar. 7 - Place your checks in the hopper of the scanner. Click Start in the lower right hand corner. 8 -Enter total dollar amount of deposit and click OK. 6 P a g e
7 9 - a) When the checks have finished scanning, some scanners require you to click STOP prior to saving the batch. b) Click Save Batch in the lower right hand corner. 7 P a g e
8 10 Click Batch Edit. If you are in balance and there are no exceptions, you will see a message stating: Batch is in Balance and Ready for Deposit. If you see this message, skip to #12. If you do not see Batch is in Balance and Ready for Deposit when you are in Batch Edit, you will need to make the required corrections. To see which items need to be corrected, click this icon in the upper right hand corner: Display Item List 8 P a g e
9 11 - The items that need correcting will have a pencil next to them. Click the first item with the pencil next to it and make any corrections and hit your Enter key. It will then bring you to the next item needing correction. Continue doing this until you are in balance. There will be a message with a green checkmark stating Batch is in balance and ready for deposit. 12 Click Make Deposit from the menu bar. 13 Select the batch to deposit and then select the depository account. Click Make Deposit in lower right hand corner. 9 P a g e
10 14 Click Make Deposit in the lower right hand corner. You will see this message after clicking Make Deposit: 15 - Here you may view/download/print a report on this deposit by clicking View Deposit Report or View Deposit Report with Images. * Additional reporting options are outlined in Reports on page P a g e
11 16 - Check your messages by clicking View Messages to make sure there are no exceptions on your deposit; if there are, please call the bank. 11 P a g e
12 Reports The Deposit Report with Images enables you to view information based on selected search criteria. Click the Reports button at the very top of the page. Input the date range and which account you would like to see and click OK. The report will be displayed in a new window and can be printed or saved to your computer. 12 P a g e
