1 TOTALPASS SMALL BUSINESS PREMIUM SOFTWARE UPDATE CHANGE LOG TotalPass Small Business Premium Time Clock Updates Occasionally, Icon Time Systems releases new updates for your employee time clock. These updates are provided for free and often includes important reliability fixes, new features and other product improvements. To see what is included in the latest update, find the version number below. Version Bug fix for double notes i.e. Employee web punch notes, and admin notes, causing punches to be exported twice to QuickBooks and on CSV exports Updated the ADP Workforce Now export file specs: The OT header was updated to O/T Version New payroll exports: QuickBooks Online ADP Workforce Now Paylocity New payroll configuration screen Users will be able to configure payroll specific pay/earning codes Introducing an auto-update feature. Once updated, time clocks will be able to detect subsequent available updates. Clock Admins and supervisors with System Update permissions will receive a New Update Available notification on the homepage with a recommendation to backup. They will be able to update right from the clock once a local backup file has been created Improvements: New Disclaimer disclaimer.html New Components & Licenses listing componentslicenses.html Employee Limit upgrades will reboot the time clock and provide a progress indicator

2 Bug fixes: Updated the way quotes are handled in Employee and Department page text fields to prevent database related issues Child clocks now get employee limit capacity from their parent clock Version Hotfix for Multi-Clock system communication issue Version Support wireless connectivity (wireless adapter required) Mac PC users can now update their time clock through the software interface New Child Clock software interface timecards to individual employees Import mass employees into the time clock from a CSV file Show additional Network connection detail in the software interface New Payroll Menu Paycom export Report Improvements: Employees using Web Punch can add custom notes to the Punch Column picker added to the Timecard by Department and Individual Employee Timecard Reports. Save 0 Hours of Non-work Time Child Clock connection stats moved from the About page to the Clock List Reboot clocks from the software interface New Support Package download file available in Supervisor Mode or sysinfo.html New annual product feedback survey

3 Version New look and feel: Updated the navigation menus and separated the Logout, Help and About links Added the name of the logged-in user to the top right corner of every page Added a stalker menu bar so the menu bar is static and doesn t scroll off the page when you scroll down Made reports date pickers and selection links static when you scroll down the report Made the Employees, Departments, Supervisors, and Child Clock List s headers static when you scroll down the lists Added a column picker to the Employee List so the user can choose which columns to display Added a column picker to the Timecard report so the user can choose which report columns to display Enabled adjustment of the report font size depending on the number of columns on display, allowing printing of reports in easy-to-read font size. Enhancements: Users will now get a confirmation screen when deleting a punch, before the deletion takes place Punches will not be flagged with the E edit flag when photos are approved, unless the punches are actually edited After punch edits, users will be redirected to the same punch/department position on the report page Custom field values will not be case sensitive when running labor distribution reports Added a link to the SMTP server settings from the Payroll report page when the server settings are not defined Added the parent and child clocks MAC Address to the sysinfo.html and the About page Added the option to reset Parent and Child Clocks biometric statistics back to 0, from the About page Version Bug Fixes: Clocks converted to child clocks by IP over a Wide Area Network were unable to connect to the parent Image Directory was missing causing photos not to be saved and previous photos to be deleted upon update Added a camera log that will log system errors whenever the camera fails to take a picture

TotalPass Biometric: Auto-approval of failed biometric punches 1 week after pay period close. Includes deleting of photos associated with approved punches. Approved punch photos are marked with a green camera icon as opposed to an E for punch edits Ability to Timecards in both html and CSV formats TotalPass Proximity with Alerts Upgrade: Ability to Timecards in both html and CSV formats Version Multi-Clock enhancements which include; syncing of bio templates between parent and child clocks in the background so users can still use the time clocks, differential finger reader updating, and percentage progress indicator during the finger reader syncing. Introduced a new CSV Export with limited columns Added a Payroll ID field to the employee page for payroll purposes Added a Department Code field to the department page for payroll purposes Added Batch Edits Ability to edit punches in batches before refreshing the report. Added SD card brand, size and usage to the System Information page accessed via the About Page Bug Fixes

5 Version Scheduled Automatic Backups sent via weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. Requires SMTP settings to be customized. Labor Distribution Reports run reports based on custom values assigned to an employee; assigned location, fulltime/part-time status, billing account/cost center etc. Employee Input data (Tips/Jobs, Piece Counts etc) now included on the CSV export file. Link to system information added to the About Your Clock page. Enhancements and improvements to multi-clock communication including; the ability to connect up to 33 total clocks in a multi-clock system, improvements in stability and speed of communication with Child Clock to Parent Clock, Child Clock will now display a P symbol when holding punches in case of network/communication issues with the Parent Clock. Change Signature toggle on reports to Page Break for clarification. Version Implementation of Direct USB connection for Windows PC. Requires USB driver installation: Ability to update internal SPI chip through update file. Various minor bug fixes related to response time while clocking In/Out along with various software interface improvements Version Increases the update buffer size when uploading update files through the web browser. Must be installed first when updating to version via the web browser. Version First release of the TotalPass Biometric Software.
