Savant Host Controller: SVR-400 Specifications for Mounting Device in Rack The SVR-400 can be mounted in a U rack style enclosure (RCK-3000). The next figure shows a partial view of a typical rack used to house an SVR-400 and other devices. SVR-400 The exploded view (below) shows the SVR-400 mounted with a rack RCK-3000 (front access and removable faceplate, sliding trays, and mounting brackets) and an RCV-3000 (top cover). The open shelf design allows for proper ventilation and easy wiring. Cooling air enters the SVR-400 through the gap around the bottom cover and exits through the vent on the back (as shown below). The SVR-400 should be placed such that the airflow around the bottom cover and the back vent, is not obstructed. Rear Vent Copyright 202 Savant Systems, LLC.
