Furthermore, when AC input voltage returns to normal, the power supply shall return to normal operation. WP207F11 SPEC. REV:A2 02/17/2009 6 of 12
3.0 OUTPUT CHARACTERISTICS 3.1 Output Characteristics To be met under all combinations of loading and input line voltage from 100Vac/60Hz to 240Vac/50Hz. Output Loading Current Total Reg. Ripple Noise Voltage I min. I max. I peak Tolerance mv p-p +12Vdc 0A 4A 5.0A/100ms +5/-3% 120 +24Vdc 0A 4.25A 5.0A/100ms ±5% 240 Note 1: Peak load can be supplied up to 8 seconds at nominal line while others at normal line while other at rated load. Note 2: Ripple and noise are measure differentially at supply using load that are each shunded by at least a 47uf capacitor and use 20MHz band width frequency oscillscope at output connect terminal. Note 3: Line regulation is defined by changing the input voltage ±10% from nominal line at rate load Note 4: Load regulation is defined by change the output load ±40% from 60% of the load while another outputs is set the 60% of rate load. 3.2 Overshoot (Resistive Load) Any output overshoot at turn on shall not exceed 10% of nominal output voltage. 3.3 Output Power Max. continuous output power:150w max.( Max. Peak Power 180W Max.) 3.4 Hold-up time The hold-up time is longer than 20ms at nominal line (115vac) input at rated load, which is measured from the end if the last charging pulse to when the main output drops down to 95% output voltage. 4.0 PROTECTION 4.1 Short Circuit Protection The power supply will generate a hiccup mode to protect itself against short circuit or over load conditions, and will automatically return to normal after fault conditions are removed. 4.2 Over Voltage Protection +12V => 13.0V ~ 14.0V +24V => 26.0V ~ 27.0V The built-in OVP protection circuit will shut down the outputs to avoid damage the external circuit, the power supply shall latch until AC input is cycled or go into hiccup mode when the outputs reach the limits set above. 5.0 TRANSIENT RESPONSE All outputs of the power supply must remain in regulation (as set seven in section 3.1) when an instantaneous change in load of 50% is applied starting at full load. That is, the load shall vary from 100% to 50% and back, repetitively to check performance. 6.0 MECHANICAL SPECIFICATIONS 6.1 Physical Characteristions & Mounting Requirements Case dimension (mm) : 190(L) 100(W) 40(H) Max.
