The % can be used to pull all values for Last Name. This will generate a list of all cardholders that you have access to. This function can be used on any search screen.

Select Transaction Management. Select Transaction List.

Select a card. Only one card s transactions can be viewed and reallocated at a time. Once you are done viewing and reallocating for a card, then select Switch Accounts to search for the next card.

Under Card Account Summary, a prior Billing Cycle Close Date can be selected from the drop down list. Click on Search to view the transactions for the date chosen.

Tip! You can reallocate a single transaction to one or more accounting codes. You can reallocate multiple transactions at the same time using the reallocation worksheet or using the mass reallocation function. To reallocate a single transaction, click the allocation source link or the account code link.

You can type the new code into the index or account code field. The Allocations tab shows you which account codes the transaction is allocated to.

If the value is not valid, it will not save the allocation.

You can also click on the magnifying glass beside each field to search for a valid value.

The value currently in the field will automatically appear in the value field.

Enter the Search criteria. Click Search. If you enter 21, then all indexes that start with 21 will appear in the list. Specify search criteria. Click Search.

To select a value, click the Select link to the left of the index. Navigate to the next page of values by selecting the next page number.

To assign multiple codes, type the number of allocations to add. Click add.

Type an amount or percentage. Specify a code for each allocation. Click Save Allocations.

To use the reallocation worksheet, select the group of transactions. Click Reallocate.

Click Add Alloc to divide a transaction among multiple codes. Assign one or more accounting codes.

To use the mass reallocation function, select the transactions. Click Mass Reallocate.

Select Replace Existing Allocations to reallocate all the transactions so a common accounting code. Or select Add Common Allocations to leave existing allocations, but reallocate a part of each transaction to different accounting codes. Specify new code. Type 100 in the Alloc % field. Or type the number of allocations to add and click Add. Tip! Mass reallocation lets you work with multiple transactions at the same time. The difference from the reallocation worksheet, however, is that in mass reallocation, you work with the group combined, not with individual transactions.

Click Save Allocations.

Review your work and click Yes, Save Allocations.

To create a group of favorites to use during reallocation, select My Personal Information. Click Manage Accounting Code Favorites.

Type the number of favorites you want to create. Click Add.

Type a name. Select Active. Type or select a code. Click Save.

Tip! You can also build your favorites as you work. Specify a value and then click Add as Favorite.

Tip! To use a favorite, simply select it from the Change To: drop-down list. You can also select Card Account Default Accounting Code from the Change To: drop-down list to change the code back to the default index and account code.

To search for a cardholder account, click Account Information. Select a sub-task.

If the dispute is related to a fraudulent charge, then please call Customer Service (Contact Us link)as soon as you are sure that the charge was made by the cardholder or someone in your area. All other disputes can be handle by the online method. New cards will be mailed to Purchasing. You will be notified when the card can be picked up.
