ORACLE LEARN CLOUD Oracle Taleo Learn Cloud Service is a comprehensive solution for delivering, tracking, managing, and reporting on all types of formal and informal learning. Users have easy access to learning through a single platform for online, classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training, as well as assessments, blended learning, social learning and self-reported training. Organizations can design a truly tailored user experience with complete control over all aspects of the user interface. WIDGET PORTABILITY In 16B.1 we introduce Widget Portability, which is currently being released as a BETA feature. Widget Portability enables you to embed supported Widgets on external SSO-enabled websites by placing a snippet of code on the hosting page. This means you can use LearnCenter Widgets on your non- LearnCenter websites, Taleo Business Edition (TBE) sites, or internal intranet sites. This feature is available for the following Widgets: Learning Plans Transcript My Tasks Included with this feature are: New Allowed Domains menu option for the Integrations Control Panel menu New Embed tab for the Widgets mentioned above Ability to paste a snipped of code onto non-learn, SSO-enabled host web pages. Ability to use a host web page CSS with the embedded Widget. UPDATED TRANSCRIPT WIDGET CREDIT VALUE CALCULATION The Credit value calculation for the Transcript Widget is now based only on the Credits that are mapped to a User for a completed learning event. Previously, Credit value was incorrectly calculated using both automatic Credits and all available optional Credits, including those not selected by the User. UPDATE TO THE TRANSCRIPT WIDGET CONTENT TAB The start date option on the Transcript Widget Content tab has been made more flexible so that it supports the generation of transcript details that match fiscal years and other reporting periods that do begin with January. Prior to this release, you only had the option of selecting the Previous Year to Date and a Starting month, or the Current Year to Date and a Starting month. Now, you can enter the Staring Year and the Starting Month. --- 4
