Common Dashlet features Any dashlet can be Minimized, Refreshed, Maximized using the first three buttons on the top right corner. The last button, that is, the small down arrow brings up contextual drop down selection values depending on the specific dashlet. For example, in a Calendar dashlet, it allows you to choose between Master Time Table, Detailed Time Table and Events. Once clicked on a specific value in the dropdown, you can go back to the previous view by clicking on the back button that will appear to the right of the drop down button. You can also vertically resize any dashlet to give the appropriate view of the contents. Move your cursor over the bottom boundary of a dashlet and resize the box using the small up-down arrow that appears. You can move the dashlets around to your preferred positions depending on what you wish to see. 3

Attendance Dashlet The default view shows the percentage attendance in each of your current semester s courses. A different view of the overall attendance (of all courses put together) can be viewed in the contextual menu of Attendance Summary. This may not be a very useful view to you. Be default, all courses will be on the screen. You may try filtering specific courses, if needed, using the various parameters in the top half of the screen. 5
To view the details of each session attendance, you can click on any of the hyperlinked numbers in the course row. Note: On any of such report screens, you can download the reports in a PDF or Excel format by clicking on the two buttons on the top right corner. To download the complete report, and not only the currently visible rows, make sure you select the Export All option. 6
