With a focus on waterfront resort locations and urban centers, we offer sports and entertainment celebrity branding for mixed-use developments. FEDERAL ASSET MANAGEMENT Federal Asset Management manages assets, buildings, communities and projects for government, corporate and individual property and asset owners. We provide development and financial services to enhance under utilized and undervalued properties and assets. We assist clients in the monetization and preservation of real estate, art and other related capital assets. We believe that balance is the solution to successful property management. By maintaining an equipose between cost and quality we are able to maximize the value of our clients assets.
