Pneumatic Box Feeder 587854 (5911-00) The Pneumatic Box Feeder is designed to drop one box at a time on the Flat Belt Conveyor, Model 5910. When a signal is sent to the Directional Control Valve Station, Model 5914, compressed air is supplied to the pneumatic cylinder to flip the stopper which allows a box to fall onto the Flat Belt Conveyor. Up to five boxes can wait in the queue of the Pneumatic Box Feeder. Box Capacity 5 Working Pressure 68.9 kpa (10 psi) 260 x 380 x 160 mm (10.2 x 15 x 6.3 in) 2.3 kg (5.0 lb) Part Feeder 587859 (5912-10) The Part Feeder consists of a rotary part dispenser topped with two clear-pvc hoppers. Each hopper is equipped with a sensor to detect when the level of parts is low. All operations can be controlled through a DeviceNet network via the Allen- Bradley CompactBlock I/O located at the back of the Part Feeder.
