2 P OPA Federal Credit Union Safely Access your POPA Accounts At Your Fingertips. POPA Mobile Banking (MB) gives you the power to manage your accounts right from the palm of your hand! The Right Choice for You We have several different options available for you to choose from that best fits your needs. It s fast, convenient, and secure. All you need to access your POPA MB is to be enrolled in Online Banking use your Online Banking login credentials to log in to POPA MB. Android and iphone App The POPA MB app for Android and iphone makes its simple to perform daily transactions on your smart phone, from viewing account balances and transactions, transferring money, paying bills, depositing checks and more! ios Device requires ios 5.1.1 or later. Android Device requires Full Online Banking Access Don t have a compatible smartphone? That s ok! You can still perform most* of your daily transactions using our mobile web app or WAP. Just visit www.popafcu.org on your mobile browser and login with your Online Banking credentials. SMS Text Banking** You can also choose to text and receive basic account information through SMS (short message service) on your smart phone. Note: Transaction types are limited with SMS Text Banking. For example, bill payment and transfer services are not available. * Mobile Check Deposit is only available on the POPA mobile banking app. **Check with your mobile provider regarding message and data rates that may apply.
Mobile Banking User Guide 3 Get up and running with POPA Mobile Banking Ensure that you are first enrolled on Online Banking. Your mobile device must be internet enabled to access POPA s Mobile Banking App, Mobile Banking WAP, or, SMS Text Banking. We suggest you check with your mobile provider for applicable rates and fees. First time logging in Android iphone Enter username (not case sensitive) and password (case sensitive) same as Online Banking. Read User Agreement and click Accept. Optional: Fingerprint log in setup - sign off from your POPA Mobile Banking account page select Fingerprint button slide toggle button to the right (see screenshot below) to enable fingerprint authentication and click Yes follow scan instructions to complete setup. Note: You will be required to enter a PIN (emailed to the primary account holder) on the sixth device the app is downloaded on.

8 P OPA Federal Credit Union WAP Mobile Web App If you don t have a smartphone with compatible with our app requirements, but you still have internet capability, use our WAP. You can: Gain access to your checking, savings, and loan accounts. Get account balances, pay bills, transfer funds, and more. Simply visit www.popafcu.org on your mobile web browser using your Online Banking credentials and log in. You can also utilize your Online Banking by clicking on Full Online Banking Access under the Login button. Login Screen Account Balances Transfer Funds
Mobile Banking User Guide 9 SMS Text Banking Gives you access to your accounts via text (SMS) messages* on your phone using text commands. Get account balances and view recent transaction history. 1. First, you must enroll in SMS Text Banking through POPA s web app (WAP) SMS Settings. Click Agree to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. 2. Next, enroll the mobile number you wish to use. 3. Last, enter verification code to complete enrollment. Verification code will be texted to the mobile number entered. * Check with your mobile provider regarding message and data rates that may apply. Message frequency depends on account settings. Text commands: For a summary of all available balances, text B to 86020.

For a summary of the five most recent transactions for a specific account, text H and account # to 86020. (e.g. H S01) For all available commands, text HELP to 86020.
