Must haves: - Excellent Linux skills including shell scripting and security concepts. - Proficient in the following Linux distributions o Centos/RedHat o Debian - Expert in configuration management tools including Ansible, Chef and Puppet - Working knowledge of version control tools (Git/Bitbucket) - Jenkins workflows and troubleshooting - Strong communication skills (English) - Experience working on cloud platforms such as AWS - Familiar with virtualization and container technologies (proxmox, vmware, docker) Nice to haves: - Programming experience beneficial (Java, Python) - Experience installing, administering and managing Big Data Environments (HADOOP, Cassandra) - Experience with Cloudera Some tech you will use: - Apache Hadoop, Spark, Impala, Apache Kafka, ELK stack, PostgreSQL, Docker, HaProxy, LDAP.
