Place an Order To place an order, roll over the Place Order tab. From here, you will be able to add items to your cart using the Reorder, Web Express, Search Catalog and Favorites List options. Simply choose your drop ship, add your items and checkout. 1
Select a Drop Ship Before adding any items to your cart, you must first select a drop ship. Either choose an existing drop ship by using the list displayed, or use the Search For box if you have over 200 drop ships. Once the drop ship is identified, click the name, click the address for where the order to be shipped to, and click the Select button. If you need to add a new customer, click the Add a Drop Ship button. 2
Add Drop Ship Account To add a new drop ship, enter an account number, select the account type (Patient or Company), fill in the name and enter the address. Once you have completed filling in the information, click Save, and your drop ship will be added. 3
Ordering Options Reorder - The reorder page will allow you to reorder from your last 100 items. Items are listed from most recent purchases to oldest purchases and will store the quantity last ordered. In addition, you will be able to view your most recent orders, as well as ordering notes, for your own records. Web Express - If you know your item numbers, simply enter them and the quantity needed. Search Catalog - Not sure of what you need? Search our catalog using item number, keyword, HCPCS code, manufacturer or product category. Favorites Lists - If you tend to order the same items often, you can setup multiple favorites lists to manage your items. Once your list is setup, you can adjust the quantity quickly and add to cart. 4
Reorder Previous Items The Reorder option gives you fast, accurate access to your previously ordered items and allows you to pick and choose the items that you need to order again. Simply identify the items you need by clicking in the check box, and adjust your quantity. If you need items that are not on your reorder list, use the mini Web Express option below your previous items. Just enter the item number and quantity. Then click on the Add to Cart button. 5
Web Express Web Express allows you to add items to your cart by simply entering the item number and quantity. If you have over 50 items that you need to order, click the Need More Items check box for access to enter up to 100 items. Once you are finished, click the Add to Cart button. 6
Web Express If no item numbers match your results, you will be notified in the shopping cart. If you do not want to see this message again, click the trash can button. 7
Web Express If the Web Express search results in multiple matches, it will tell you the number of results. Click View All Matches to pick the one that you need. 8
Search Catalog Don t know your item numbers? Search for items using Item #, Keywords, HCPCS Codes, Category or Manufacturer. You can use any combination of fields to find the products you need. 9
Search Catalog Once your search is finished, you will be able to view the items with Descriptions, Sold By, Manufacturer, Price, HCPCS Code and Total Medicare Allowable. To add items to your cart, identify the item you need, adjust the quantity and click the Add to Cart button. 10
Favorites List If you haven t setup a favorites list yet, or need to add a new list, the first thing you need to do is create the list. If it s your first list, this is the first thing you do after clicking on Favorites List. Just enter the name of you list and click Save. If you already have lists setup, but would like to add a new list click on the Add New List link. Enter the name in the pop up and click on Save. 11
Favorites List Once you have your list created, add items to your list by clicking the Add to Favorites button. 12
Favorites List - Quick Add Once you have clicked the Add to Favorites button, you will be given two options to add items to your list. The first is the Favorites Quick Add. Just enter the item numbers you need and click the Add to Favorites button. 13
Favorites List - Quick Add Similar to the way Web Express works, you will be notified if there are no matches or multiple matches. If there are multiple matches, click the View All Matches link to select the right item. 14
Favorites List - Quick Add The multiple matches for the item you tried to add will display in a search results screen. From here, choose the select box for the correct item and click Add to Favorites. 15
Favorites List - Quick Add Now, the items that you setup using the quick add should be displayed on your favorites list. 16
Favorites List - Search Catalog The other option for adding to favorites is Search Catalog. You can use any combination of search options to find the products you are looking for. 17
Favorites List - Search Catalog After your results are returned, you can select the item(s) you want added to the list, and click the Add to Favorites button. 18
Favorites List - Search Catalog Once your favorites list is finished, add items to cart by selecting your items, adjust your quantities and click the Add to Cart button. 19
Shopping Cart Once in your shopping cart, verify that all items and quantities are correct. You can also check the stock status of the items before submitting your order. If needed, you also can change the ship date by clicking on the calendar, or switch the warehouse the item will be shipped from. Once you are satisfied with the order, click Check Out to proceed. 20
Shopping Cart Orders can be scheduled a maximum of 30 days in advance. Once you click on the ship date field or icon, a calendar will display. All you have to do is click on the date you want the order to ship. 21
Checkout The checkout page, is your last chance to make adjustments to the order. Review all information before submitting. From this page, you select your delivery method, payment method and add a purchase order number. If you have a comment or instructions for our customer service department, add it to the order processing instructions box. The Ship Order Complete option should only be used if you want the entire order to be placed on hold until all items are available. This only comes into play in the event of a backorder. Once you are satisfied with the order, click Submit Order and you will be given a confirmation number. 22
Confirmation After the order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation number. If you have questions or issues with your order, you can use this number for faster service when calling in. You also can print the page for your records. 23
