Training Description: The overall aim of this course is to prepare participants for the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification through discussing the exam requirements and analyzing its questions format. Additionally, participants will get the opportunity to practice many similar exam questions. The course also aims at assisting participants in employing the project life cycle through in-depth description of the five process groups and ten knowledge areas related to project management.
