On October 19, 2018, SCE timely provided parties with advance notice that the Commission had granted SCE s request for a meeting with Commissioner Guzman Aceves office. On June 24, 2018, at 3:00 p.m., SCE representatives Dawn Anaiscourt, Director, CPUC Regulatory Affairs; Jill C. Anderson, Vice President, Customer Programs and Services; and Robert Thomas, Principal Manager, Modeling, Forecasting, and Economic Analysis met with Commissioner Guzman Aceves, David Gamson, Advisor to Commissioner Guzman Aceves, as well as two members of the Commission s Energy Division, Paul Phillips, Supervisor of the Retail Rates group, and Cherie Chan, Retail Rates Analyst, at the Commission s office located at 505 Van Ness Avenue, San Francisco, California for approximately 30 minutes. The Commission s external affairs advisor, Sarah Sharpe, also briefly attended approximately five minutes of the meeting. 1
During the meeting, SCE provided an overview of each of the five Green Energy Programs it proposed in the above captioned proceeding. In addition to the verbal communication, SCE provided the following chart, which is attached as Appendix A, as well as a copy of the Three Day Advance Notice SCE filed on October 19, 2018 regarding the communication.
