What s new with HP-120 V2? Shortened Access Codes- In HP-120 V2 all these features access codes are now just 2 digit codes. The dialing digits 70 to 84 are now dedicated for accessing features codes Hunt Group There are 4 analog trunk ports in HP-120 V2 system One hunt group for each trunk port is maximum so maximum 4 hunting groups are possible There are can be maximum 3 subscribers in each hunt group The hunting type is circular hunting Flexibility in Class of Service changeover In case of HP-120 V2 now we have flexibility for setting the Class ofservice for individual subscriber in order to allow Only intercom calls Intercom & Local calls allowed Intercom, local & STD calls etc. Special Dial tone for special system feature Special dial tone after activating 4 features: Call forwarding DND Night service Phone Locked. Override feature It works without disconnecting or disturbing the ongoing conversation. After pressing override code, 3rd-participant can join the conversation with beep tone. Transfer of Internal / External CLI when call is transferred Operator or any other Extension receive the External incoming call The call is then transferred to Extension B Display of Extension "B" will receive first Intercom extension number as CLI on phone display In step 2 when the call is transferred to Extension "B" then user will see the External caller Number. Toggling of calls for analog subscriber With new HP-120 V2 the same functionality is now extended to all analog subscribers also. If analogue user wants to answer the waiting call then user can put the present call on HOLD and accept the second call waiting call. It also be possible to toggle between the two calls. Enhanced Audio conferencing In case of HP-120 V1 system we were offering 5 party conference but with limitation that only one external party in conference is allowed. With new HP-120 V2 software now this limitation is removed and users can still have 5 party audio conference with any combination of internal & external participants. Only one participant who is conference initiator should be internal party. Rest 4 participants could be internal or external. The conference initiator must be part of conference during the complete call duration and he can not drop out of conference. Speed Upgrade of existing HP-120 V2 systems The upgrade can be effected without rebooting of system (known as speed upgrade) The speed upgrade ensures that there is no down time of services during the upgrade process. All existing HP-120 V1 systems in the field can be upgraded to V2 without any additional cost. New Override Feature can be used on both analogue phone and digital phone, with or without alerting tone.

Features supported by HP-120 V2 Key Telephone System Flexibility of handling Incoming Calls - System supports 3 type answer mode when calls from PSTN trunk lines. Dialing desired extension directly (Voice guided) The caller from CO-line will hear guiding voice when he calls the system, then he dials extension number directly as desired after hearing mentioned voice. Operator assisted call transfer - Call will land by default on the Operator Console Key Phone 3150. Then the operator can transfer the call to the desired extension. Group ringing - System supports max. 4 extensions ring in a group simultaneously when there is incoming call from COline. Any one of the extension out of group can answer the call. Other extensions will stop ringing once the call is answered. Built-in three paragraph Voice Guidance - HP-120 V2 system has built-in three paragraph voice guidance for incoming calls from CO-line. You can record the voice guide like "Welcome to our company, for operator service press zero". This message length can be max. 30 seconds. "The number you dialed is busy now, please try again later". (This is fixed recording) "The number you dialed is not answering the call, please try again later". (This is fixed recording) Forwarding of incoming calls - Forwarding to another extension / external landline number (like your home phone) / Forwarding to your Mobile phone so you never miss a call. Forwarding Immediately Forwarding When Busy Forwarding When No Answer Conference calls - HP-120 V2 system supports 5 party conference features. In this conference there could be 4 internal participants and 1 external caller. Operator can set the conference call and needs to be part of conference during the call. Conference call is automatically closed when all the participants exit the call. Private CO-line - HP-120 V2 system supports private CO-line for important user (top boss or owner of company), other extensions cannot share this CO-line. Built-in Music on hold - HP-120 V2 system has in built 12 melodies of harmony music; you can select it as per your choice. The caller will hear background music when the call is on hold. Caller Line Identification - HP-120 V2 system supports internal as well as external line caller ID on Key Phone 3150 as well as analog CLI phones with DTMF / FSK formats. (Caller Line Identification of external number on phone is possible only with first two analog trunk lines out of four lines.) Direct outward dialing (DoD) - A user can dial out to an external number without operator assistance just by dialing outgoing code like "0" or "9". Besides this system also supports redial function for external numbers. Calling time restricted - System can restrict extension has a long time calls with inner or exterior lines. Intelligent trunk route for outgoing calls - System can select appointed trunk line for outgoing calls for saving calls charge. Hot-line - System supports extension has hot-line function to internal extension or an external number when operator picks up and no digit is dialed. Automatic Trunk line checking - System will put the trunk circuit in an off state when system finds this trunk line without voltage feed for more than 8 seconds. This avoids selection of faulty trunk by user while dialing. Incoming only trunk - Operator can make trunk with incoming function but restrict it with outgoing function. Flexible numbering - You can decide the one, two, three or even four digit numbering scheme as required. CO & Extension grouping - System supports CO line and extension grouping with 12 groups. This will make some important extension with enough CO to incoming or outgoing. Protection - Over voltage / over current protection, lightening protection for trunk as well as subscriber ports. Broadcast function - System supports CO & extension makes a broadcast to Public Address system. Different ring tones - Internal & external incoming calls can be differentiated with different ring tone. Alarm clock service - User can set the time reminder service for alarms. Do not disturb (DND) - Someone maybe not like be disturbed by others, so he can set DND function. Night & day service - Service method has automatic switch and manpower switch. External interfaces - In built interface for connecting external music on hold box & public address system.
