Welcome to AltaOne Online Banking WHY IS ALTAONE MAKING THESE IMPROVEMENTS? The functionality offered by MSCOnline and our mobile app simply do not meet the needs of our tech-savvy members. We have partnered with an industry leader, Q2, to develop the most effective, user-friendly and secure online banking tools for our members. The enhanced online banking portal also includes business banking tools, which are not currently available. This upgrade is an important technological advancement for AltaOne members. The new system paves the way for new products and services that members have been requesting, and provides improvements to many existing services.

ARE YOU PREPARED? Please help us to ensure that your records are accurate by updating your phone number(s) and email address in MSC Online. To update your records, log on to your online banking account. On the top navigation, select My Preferences, followed by Contact Information. Please consider listing your cell phone number, as this is used if we need to contact you regarding your account while traveling or away from home. On the right navigation, you can update your email address, if needed.

EXCITING IMPROVEMENTS MEMBER INFORMATION/SECURITY Enter AltaOne Online Banking directly from altaone.org. You will no longer need to confirm a pass phrase and image to enter the online banking portal. BILL PAYER Please remember to re-set your ebills in the new system. Six months of Bill Payer history transfers over to the new system. If you wish to retain older history, please copy and download the information prior to October 12. PERSONAL FINANCIAL MANAGER BudgetPro is renamed AltaOne Personal Financial Manager. We have simplified access to this service for you. POP MONEY PopMoney is changing to our new personto-person service, People Pay, which offers quicker, near real-time transfers. Your PopMoney payee information will not transfer to the new system. People Pay is easy to access through the Transactions drop-down menu.

BUSINESS ONLINE BANKING The all-new AltaOne Online Banking includes enhanced functionality for our business members. Some highlights include: USER MANAGEMENT TOOLS The business owner/admin sets the transaction rights for each user. Set up multiple business account users. In addition: Manage payment recipients. Set up alerts to notify you of various transactions, such as payroll processing. Manage payment recipients such as vendors and wire transfer recipients. Set up payroll, and split payroll deposits to different accounts. You can make federal and state tax payments electronically. IMPORTANT DATES September 30-October 11: We will need to cut off new online banking enrollments from September 30 to October 11, during the transition from MSCOnline. October 6-October 11: Existing online banking users will not be able to schedule new transfers and BillPay payments from October 6 to October 11. October 12: The new and improved AltaOne Online Banking is launched.

IMPORTANT NOTICES ALERTS The new Online Banking includes many more alerting options, including email, SMS and voice notifications. Please take a few moments to review the payment alert types. Your existing alerts transfer over to the new system. They are stored in the General/ Date section. Feel free to review the alerts at your convenience. ACCOUNT NICKNAMES Personalize your accounts. You may create nicknames and order your accounts as you prefer in the account preferences section. APPS Install the new Android mobile app and update the iphone app when they are available at the time of our enhancements. INTUIT USERS Log into Online Banking to download a file and import it to Quicken. Express Web Connect for Windows will make it even easier to keep your transaction history up-to-date. EXTERNAL ACCOUNTS For security purposes, external accounts will not transfer over to the new Online Banking. These are easy to re-set through the transactions tab in the new Online Banking portal.
