Normal Log-in When you log in with your IntraLinks ID and password, you will have the option to allow the application to remember your log-in credentials with a local 4-digit passcode. Q - What document types will displayed or rendered with the ipad app? A - Supported document types include: jpg,.tiff,.gif,.doc,.docx,.htm,.html,.key,.numbers,.pages,.pdf,.ppt,.pptx,.txt,.rtf,.vcf,.xls and.xlsx. Watermarked PDF documents will also be displayed. Q - What versions of ipad OS does the application need? A - The application needs ios4 or later to run on your ipad. Q Does this app work on iphone or ipod Touch? A This application is specifically designed for the ipad. Please go to the App Store to find the dedicated IntraLinks Mobile for iphone app, which also works for ipod Touch. Q - What happens if I need to change the IL account that is being used on the ipad? A - IntraLinks assumes that the multiple accounts belong to the phone's owner. Locally cached information is tied to the account with which you logged in. If you log in as User B after User A has already used the application, you will not reuse User A s cache, but the data will still exist on the ipad. You can only have one pin code for the application, regardless of the number of users. Q - How do I save a search with the ipad application? A - Saved searches are created in the IntraLinks web user interface and saved there. Once the searches are saved on your account, they will become available to your account on the ipad. Q What happens if I get my 4-digit pincode wrong? A You are allowed 4 attempts to enter your pincode correctly. After 4 incorrect attempts, all local cache is erased, and you must enter your full user ID and password. 11 I n t r a L i n k s M o b i l e f o r i P ad U s e r G u i d e 2 0 1 1
