Quality of Life Analysis The 46-mile Greens Bayou watershed runs through the heart of the community and has provided opportunities for the development of parks and trails. The area has 45 acres of park land and 4 miles of trails. Thirty-six acres have been developed into seven area parks, including the largest skate park in North America, North Houston Skate Park. In 201, a new bike park is scheduled to open that will feature a world-class BMX race track and event center that can seat approximately 3,500 people. With 6 apartment communities and a population with a median age of 26, addressing recreational needs is an important factor in achieving balance in the blended community.
