GHX IP-based Call Center platform GHX 5000 Up to 256 ports per shelf Up to 12 ports per shelf Powerfull processor up to 5000 extensions GHX 1000 39

The GHX system is an IP-based PBX platform for providing a variety of telecommunication solutions that covers a wide range of telecommunication requirements. We have devised an innovative design for the GHX, which has given special flexibility to the product. The GHX s structure is such that by clustering several hardware at higher scales it can achieve PBXs with more capacity. Along with the hardware distribution structure, GHX employs an integrated management system. You can manage GHX distributed centers with the help of a single integrated graphical interface. The GHX system utilizes both hardware and software redundancy capabilities. In this way, if an error occurs in a key processing of the system, the system will detect the error and the standby process will immediately replace it. Similarly, if a hardware error occurs, the standby hardware will immediately replace it. This feature provides extraordinary stability and reliability to the system s performance. The GHX s modular structure allows you to easily create complex solutions. With this modular structure, the GHX turbo mode can achieve an outstanding speed by removing unnecessary features and focusing on basic capabilities. Outstanding Advantages Turbo mode Secure Sustained Scalable Feature-rich Innovative Modular Multi-processor architecture Flexibility in structure Intensive structure and integrated component management redundancy Implementation At the processing and software level At the level of server hardware At the level of the trunk At the level of the rack Outstanding features Online and offline SMS Monthly / Daily / Weekly call timer Automatic settings of external graphic interfaces Multilingual Debit and account Send and receive SMS Send and receive voice message panel Send and receive faxes Send and Receive Email Panel Monitoring system built-in charging system Internal firewall Internal audio firewall Rack Redundancy Server Redundancy 38

Solutions of GHX Virtual Key System GHX allows you to assign Key Systems capabilities, virtually to your subscribers. In this case, subscribers are segregated into virtual groups and each group is works as a key system. In this way, subscribers who have acquired the capabilities of a particular Key System will still benefit from these features. Replacing multiple key systems with a centralized GHX system is one of the most effective GHX features. In the past, organizations over time were adding voice systems (including call centers and key systems) with no regard to the need for integrated management, monitoring and protection for their telecommunications network. It is also important to protect the inbound and outbound conversations of large organizations. Managing and monitoring audio ports for organizations with multiple PBXs or key systems is difficult and inefficient. In this way, multiple trunks from scattered points create multiple management and security problems for the organization. The GHX platform using the Guyan voice Firewall system (GFW), supports for analog, digital, and IP trunks, integrated management, monitoring and protection on the organization s audio portals. Outstanding Advantages competitive price Integrated Management and monitoring Integrate the organization s audio port Utilize Key System capabilities in a virtual way Improve the capabilities of the old key system to a modern system Secure More control over the cost of urban lines Outstanding functionality Ability to define an unlimited number of virtual key systems Double digits dialing within each virtual key system Full dial for communication with other organization numbers Ability to define unlimited number of boss and secretary groups Exclusive Lines Provide account and debit service BLF (Busy Lamp Field) LSA (Shared Line Appearance) One of the benefits of user-friendly virtual key systems is the possibility of two-digit dialing in any virtual key system. In this case, people in each virtual key system use a two-digit number to communicate with each other and use the full number (for example, five digits) to communicate with other organizational numbers. It greatly speeds up and simplifies inter-group communication. Integrated communication for organizations with geographic distance Distributed by the GHX platform, it provides integrated communication for large organizations with multiple buildings and geographic spacing. Network Infrastructure for these communications can be the foundation of an enterprise network or the Internet. The GHX uses trunk and conversation encryption and provides secure connections for your organization. The GHX structure allows you to manage the various branches of an organization seamlessly. In this case, although each branch has an independent PBX, central management will handle the whole set as an integrated system. Apart from the possibility of distributing the GHX system, you can only distribute analog interfaces and use a single GHX system. Outstanding Advantages Integrated organizational communications Integrated management Reduce the cost of bills Communication security Outstanding features Encrypt trunks and conversations Integrated Numbering Distribution of FXS and FXO s Secure and integrated communications GHX Branch A FXS Organizational WAN or Internet Branch C Branch B 36
