The page allows you to view and manage your frequently used reports from one convenient page. You can schedule reports, enable the reports for unattended delivery through the AutoConnect and Automated File Transfer functions and also set alerts when the reports are available. All reports and extracts in Investor Services Online can be saved as favourites and can also be easily accessed from the Home Page. Each report in this table will be labeled with the report type (e.g., Pre-Generated reports with be labeled with ). To access the page, from Investor Services Online, click My Toolkit Reports. Figure 1 My Favourites The My Favourites table lists the reports that have been added as favourites using the Favourite function in the applicable report type. Refer to the Investor Services Online Quick Reference Guides: Viewing Pre-Generated reports, Generating interactive reports and Generating custom extracts for more detailed information on saving favourites. Favourite Report Type: This indicates the type of report assigned as a favourite. Privacy Indicator: This indicates if a report favourite is Private ( ), Public ( ) or Public Owner ( ). Private report favourites can only be viewed by the user who created them. Public report favourites can be viewed by all users within your organization who have proper user access. Public Owner report favourites are public reports which you have created. This enables you to share report favourites with other users in your organization. Favourite Name: This is the name you have assigned to this report favourite. Click this link to add a schedule, edit the report and custom extract parameters and view and edit the favourite s options. Product: This is the RBC Investor and Treasury Services product service offering to which this report belongs (e.g., Global Custody, Fund Administration). Report Name: This is the name of the report. Click this link to view the report s parameters. Account #: This is the account number associated with this report. Actions Run: To view the most recent copy of an Interactive report or Custom extract, click Run. View: To view the most recent copy of a Pre-Generated report, click View. Edit: To edit this favourite s reporting parameters, click Edit. The Edit Favourite page appears allowing you to edit the report s parameters. Profile: To add a schedule, edit the report and custom extract parameters and edit the favourite s options, click Profile. This accesses the View Favourite page enabling you view and manage the report s favourite settings. From this page, you can edit the report parameters and favourite settings, update the scheduling parameters and run the report. You can also copy the report favourite and share it with other users in your organization as a public report favourite. Remove: To delete this favourite, click Remove. My Ad Hoc Reports The My Ad Hoc Reports table lists the reports that have been downloaded, or are in the process of being downloaded once a report or extract has been run. Before you can view an ad hoc report, it must be successfully downloaded. This will be identified with the status of Succeeded. Reports that are in the process of being downloaded will be identified with the status of Running. Favourite Report Type: This indicates the type of report assigned as a favourite. File Format: This is the file format of the report (e.g., PDF). Status: This is the status of the scheduled report (as an icon). The following statuses are available: Report has not been read: The report is available but has not been read. Report has been read: The report has been downloaded and read. File generated: The file has been generated. File ready for transfer: The file has been generated and ready for transfer using the Automated File Transfer function. Actions View: To view the report, click View. Details: To view the report assignment s details, click Details. Remove: To delete this report from this list, click Remove. Bundle/Unbundle: Click Bundle to add this report to the bundled reports. This will include the report with other reports in a single package, which can be downloaded and viewed together from a single page. Click Unbundle to remove this report from this bundle. Manage My Scheduled Reports Search: To search My Scheduled Reports by delivery date, enter the dates in the From and To fields. To search by the report name, enter the name (or part of the name in the Search field). Click Search to initiate the search. Mark All Viewed: To mark all of the reports as viewed, click Mark All Viewed. Remove All: To permanently remove the reports, click Remove All. Report Bundle: These fields display information about the bundled reports, including the number of files and total file size of its reports. You can also select individual reports to be removed from the bundle and download the bundle into a WinZip file. To view the report bundle summary, click Go to Bundle. To unbundle the reports, click Clear.
