FSMQ, Principal Learning Level 3 and Level 3 Certificate Examinations, 2014 Important Dates 21 October 2013: Receipt of final entries by OCR 10 2014: Receipt of portfolio/coursework marks by OCR 10 2014: Receipt of examiner marked coursework by the examiner 5 March 2014: Restricted release of results to centres only by A2C and OCR Interchange 6 March 2014: Release of results to candidates Final version of the timetable Changes made since the publication of the provisional timetable are shown in red. Starting times of examinations The published starting time of all examinations is either 9.00 am or 1.30 pm. Each examination must be taken on the day and at the time shown on the timetable. Centres may change the starting time of an examination within the scheduled morning or afternoon session without notifying OCR but candidates must start morning examinations no earlier than 8.30 am and by 9.30 am and afternoon examinations no earlier than 1.00 pm and by 2.00 pm. Timetable deviations If you need to arrange overnight supervision, the forms do not need to be returned to OCR but must be completed and held in your centre records. When a change is made to the published starting time of an examination, it is the responsibility of the centre to inform all candidates affected by the alteration. A supervised break may be given between examinations taken consecutively at the discretion of the centre. Centres may decide the order in which to conduct examinations for candidates taking more than one examination in a session. Leaving the examination Candidates must remain under supervision until 10.00 am for morning examinations and until 2.30 pm for afternoon examinations. For examinations of less than one hour s duration, candidates must be supervised until the published finishing time of the examination or 30 minutes after the published starting time, whichever is later.
