Open Software: After successful driver installation copy Intellicall2W folder from CD to C:\ drive and open IntServer folder in it. You can find Intellicall.exe file icon, right click on the file, click Send To, click Desktop (create shortcut). On desktop you can see red telephone icon, click on the shortcut to open software interface. You can see main screen of software. (Figure 1) Figure 1 Startup automatically: To open software automatically when your windows OS starts, right click on Shortcut to Intellicall and Copy, click on Start menu of Windows, click All programs, click Startup and paste the shortcut in Startup menu. Logon: 2

On Intellicall Voice Logger software main screen, click on Logon button and enter password. Default user name is Manager or Admin and password is blank. Click OK button to logon into software. When you off hook the telephone receiver (lift up) and make outgoing phone call, blue color telephone icon will be changed with orange color and dialed phone number will be display on screen. It means recording is started. When you on hook receiver (put down) orange colored phone changes with blue color. Play Recording: Click on Play button on main interface and click on Refresh button on Replay window to open call recording list of the day. From To Date: To find recording list between the dates. Phone Line: To select your native phone line wise recording Search by: To search recording list by phone no., contact person and company name. You can enter company name and contact person detail from Phone Book button on main screen. Pre-stored phone numbers will be shown with company name and contact person name in Party Name column of recording list. (Find Phone Book paragraph below on page 6) 3

Conversation time: From N1 second To N2 second recording list - duration wise Conversation nature: Incoming/Outgoing phone calls recording list. Type: You can flag recording row with Y clicking on Important button. Important phone calls will be flag with Y in IMP column of recording list. Only Important recording list will be display when you click on Type and select Important. General recording will not have Y flag in column IMP Convert: To convert recording into.mp3 or.wav file. (.wav file format recording software is also provided with product package, you can record calls directly in.wav file format) Input note: To remark recording by writing note manually. Delete: Delete recording. You can select more than one recording to delete. Important: Select a recording by clicking on row and click on Important button to flag the recording with Y Print out: To print recording list on printer. Exportlist: To export recording list into MS-Excel format. Volume: Increase-decrease volume of speaker/headphone. AGC: Increase Auto gain control level to crystal clear recording. Level 1 is recommended. Autoplay: Autoplay recording one by one. Need not to click on row every time to play another recording. Exit: Exit from recording list and enter into main screen of software interface. Monitor: (Live monitor conversation-call Bargein) 4

When you click on Monitor button, mouse pointer will be converted in to speaker icon. When conversation is being done on any phone line, corresponding phone block will be colored with orange color. Click on Monitor button and click on the corresponding phone block to listen to live calls. You can click on another orange colored phone block to monitor another phone call. Check your speaker volume. You can increase volume on right side of software screen. Right click to stop monitoring or click on Monitor button again to stop live call monitoring. Phone Book: Click on PhBook icon on software main screen. Phone Book has five types of field of each customer entry: In which company the customer concern Group of customer Name of customer Company Contact person name Telephone number 5

Company name and contact person name will be display in recording list on matching the same incoming or outgoing telephone number. You can import or export phone book entries by click on Export Excel and Import Excel button. Analysis: Call Analysis gives information of number of calls, line wise incoming, line wise outgoing, total calls of the day, and average duration of call. Missed Calls gives list of unanswered calls. 6

User Log gives information of user activity in software like logon time, system start time, recording play time etc.. Every click on software menu is monitored and show in User Log. 7

Setting: You can set channel wise (telephone line wise) parameter. Set recording mode on Volt, Audio or Key press recording. You can start recording automatically or you also can set it on Key Press recording, when you press a key like * or # on your telephone instrument key pad, recording will be done. You can schedule recording time channel wise. 9

Tools: Select Record Destination: Clicking on Tools menu, you can set your drive path for recording file, you can save recording file in C:\ drive, D:\ drive. A folder will be automatically created in that drive and all the recording files will be stored in that folder in given drive. User Set: You can assign user rights for each user on the recording server. User can not access the menu, he has not permission. Number Filter: Number Filter will stop recording on specific number entered in the list. Popup Set: You can popup incoming number and name of caller on your PC s screen on first ring. Enter the incoming numbers in popup list for which you want to popup. Data Backup: You can take backup of recording file, set path of folder, in which you want to take backup of recording files. Intellicall Voice Logger Software will automatically backup files in that folder. 10
