ORIENTATION TO THE ONLINE PRESENTATION On the Home tab, when you select the View button for a training module, a new browser window will open. A gray screen will appear, as pictured to the right. An animated icon will indicate your computer is loading the presentation. The presentation may require several seconds to a minute to load, depending on the speed of your network connection. (The first icon minimizes the browser window, and the third icon closes it.) The three icons are shown to the left. When the online presentation appears, it will automatically begin and run the audio narration. The narration will continue in sync with the slides until the end of the module. Note that the main presentation slide is on the left. On the right is a menu bar with three tabs on the top: the Outline tab, the Notes tab, and the Search tab. The Notes tab (highlighted in the image above) will appear as a default when you open the online presentation. It displays the text of the audio narration. Last Modified: 4/26/08 Page 4 of 11
