Token Generation Request This Service enables Haulers & Shipping Agents to create tokens (gate pass) for their trucks online. 1. Go to Request > e Token Generation. System displays e Token Generation Search Page 2. Select the Port of transaction: 3. Select Designation and Move Type. Note: Those are optional fields given just to refine your search results. 4. Enter Container number(s) and/or DPW Reference no(s) Note: User can input Container Number or DPW Reference Numbers. DPW reference number can be searched by using the Agent Booking Reference Number. - 3 -
Outbound Containers (FCL OUT): enter the FCL import container number(s). Inbound Containers (MT IN & EXP IN): Either enter the empty container number to be returned or enter the export FCL container to be deposited. DP World reference no (MT OUT & EXP IN): enter DPW reference no(s) to search for shipping agent s releases/container requests for empty container to be taken out and export container to be deposited. 5. Click on Search System shows container(s), based on the search criteria. - 4 -
6. Select the required containers. Container(s). Note: if any MT OUT container is selected then you have to enter the container(s) count. 7. Click on Submit System displays token generation page Note: if any export container is selected then you will have to mention the weight and seal number 8. Enter a registered Truck number. - 5 -
Note: any truck can be used (even if not registered under you) but it should be registered (approved) and available at the selected timeslot. 9. Click on the magnifying glass icon to view available Time Slots, and then select your time slot. Note: Time Slot is a period of 2 hours when the truck should attend to the gate. 10. Enter your Driver s mobile number. Note: System will be sending SMS to the driver to allocate the location of picking/dropping your inbound/outbound container(s). 11. Select the Mode of Payment Payment Methods: Prepaid this method involves the use of a prepaid card either obtained from the Documentation Center or the online service called Prepaid Deposit Request Steps for Prepaid Transactions: - 6 -
a. Enter the prepaid card number b. Enter the pin number (this is obtained through sms) E Payment This method will re direct you to the Rosoom payment gateway. Details for e payment are outlined below (Steps defined at the end of this manual) Advanced Deposit The charge is debited against the company s Advanced Account Deposit. 12. Click on Generate Token System confirms the successful generation of your token. 13. Click on View Receipt to download a copy of the payment receipt - 7 -

YOU CAN: 1. Cancel Order: (cancel the payment and revert back to DT) System will ask for your confirmation, and then displays the cancel message 2. Proceed with the payment: a. Fill out your card details and click Next - 11 -
b. Review your card details Note: you can still, edit card details, cancel this transaction or go back to the previous step. c. Confirm the Payment: click the Pay button System will ask to redirect you back to page, click Yes Then DT page will show your transaction details as follows: - 12 -
