Data Protector Integration with Volume Shadow Copy Service provides support for the VSS writers, including functionality to perform VSS-based backup and restore. Data Protector components running in combination with application versions and operating system versions, which are not supported by their respective vendors, the support from Micro Focus is limited to a reasonableendeavors basis.
