It supports the Modern Forms application, which is available from the App Store and Google Play Store. It features WIFI and Bluetooth 4.0 connections, with user input via touchscreen. CAUTION All parts must be used as indicated in these instructions. Do not substitute any parts, leave parts out, or use any parts that are worn out or broken. Failure to follow these instructions could invalidate the ETL/cETL listing of this tablet assembly. When handling the tablet assembly, do not apply pressure to the touch screen. Hold the tablet assembly by the base and frame only. To clean the touch screen, use a soft, lint-free cloth (dry or dampened with eye glasses cleaner). Do not use any other chemical cleaner. 3

INSTALLING THE WALL BRACKET PREPARATION 1. Shut off the power at the circuit breaker. 2. Carefully unpack your Touch Panel wall control and lay out all the parts on a clear area. Be careful not to lose any small parts necessary for installation. MOUNTING THE TOUCH PANEL WALL MOUNT CASE 3. Use Wire Connector (A) to connect 2-Pin Receptacle to input White Wire and Black Wire (Fig.1). Connect input ground wire to Mounting Bracket s Green Ground Wire. 4. Plug USB Charger into the 2-Pin Receptacle and carefully tuck them into the Junction Box. 5. Secure Mounting Bracket to the Junction Box using Junction Box Screws (B). 6. Prepare Micro USB Cable as shown. 7. Install Touch Panel Wall Mount Case on Mounting Bracket and secure with Lock Screws (C) (Fig.2). Thread Micro USB Cable as shown in (Fig.1). 8. Place Metal Plate on the back of WIFI Touch Panel. 9. Plug Micro USB Cable into the WIFI Touch Panel. 10. Place WIFI Touch Panel in the Wall Mount Case and close the cover. 11. Turn Power back on. 6
