Step for Step Directions for Completing the Online Registration Process For Returning Students 2018-2019 1. From the school website for your child s school, access the Online Registration link from the Parent dropdown menu 2. You can find your Snapcode on the letter that you received in the mail (and via email) 3. Because this is our first year using the Online Registration system, you will need to create a PowerSchool Online Registration account. You should see this screen once you begin the process:
4. When prompted, entered the information required to create your PowerSchool Online Registration account. Creating this account will allow you to save information as you enter it, to copy information from one child s registration form to another (if you have multiple children), and to access your completed registration forms. 5. Once you have created your account, you will be prompted to provide additional information to authenticate your Snapcode. Provide the requested information and click Continue.
6. Start the Returning Student Registration process by clicking Next on this page, and enter the information requested by the online forms. Note: Required fields are marked as Required, and Bethel School District will receive the data exactly as it is entered. Please be careful of spelling, capitalization, and punctuation. 7. Verify and complete the Student Information To change a student s name, you must present legal documentation to the main office of your student s school
ALL address changes will be reviewed by enrollment staff and extra information may be needed.
8. Click on Next once you have completed the Student Information 9. Verify your Family Information and click Next once complete.
10. Complete Emergency Contact Information and click Next once complete. 11. Once you have entered Emergency Contact Information, you will have an opportunity to set the Priority for each Emergency Contact to designate in which order contacts should be called in the event of an emergency.
12. Complete Student Health Information and click Next when complete. A school nurse/health assistant will follow up with you if additional information or clarification is necessary 13. Complete Transportation Information and click Next once complete.
14. Please read required Agreements and Statements Click that you have read or agree to each one Click Next at bottom when completed 15. If you have documents you need to upload as part of the registration process, you have the option to do so on the Document Upload page by uploading.pdf copies of documents you have scanned and saved on your computer. Alternatively, you can bring these documents with you to your child s school to submit them.
16. Provide your Electronic Signature to certify the completeness and accuracy of the information submitted and click Next when complete. 17. On the Review page, please review the data you have entered and complete any required fields you may have missed. Click on each field marked Required or Invalid Format, and complete or correct your information. Click Next when complete.
18. On the Payment & Submit page, you have the option to select and submit payment information for your child s 2018-2019 school fees. You also have the option to pay these fess in person at your child s school, if you prefer. Once you have determined whether you want to submit your payment online or on-site and have entered the required information, click the Submit button to submit your Returning Student registration form 19. Upon successful submission of your form, you will be directed to the submission confirmation page that lists next steps, including: Printing a copy of your Returning Student registration form for your records Scheduling an appointment (currently available for students in Grades KG and 9-12 only) Downloading any supplemental forms to print, complete, and return to your child s school during on-site registration Follow a link to complete a Free and Reduced Lunch online application Complete a returning student registration for another student (if applicable)
