1. Welcome Welcome to Afrox My Account - the self-service website where customers can obtain information about their Afrox accounts. Customers can now login with a unique User Id & Password and retrieve the following information: Account Balances Cylinder Balances Copy Documents Page 3 of 14

2. Registration a. Access the Afrox website www.afrox.com and click on the Login option in the My Account block. b. Click on Register Page 4 of 14

c. Complete the Registration Form and click on Submit. The above form will be emailed automatically to the Afrox Customer Service Centre where the registration details will be added to the My Account database. An email will then be returned to the Email address on the Registration listing the User Id and Password. Page 5 of 14

3. Log onto My Account a. Access the Afrox website www.afrox.com and click on the Login option in the My Account block. b. In the My Account page, click on LOGIN. c. Or access the My Account website by going directly to the URL for My Account which is https://www.b2b.afrox.com/samyaccount/index.html d. In the My Account homepage enter the Userid and Password in the User Logon block. Click on Submit e. Read the Legal notice and click on OK. Page 6 of 14

f. Select an account number required to view Copy Documents, Account Balances and Cylinder Balances on. There are 3 ways to choose/find accounts to work from. The 1 st method is to choose the Account Listing option and select an account from the drop-down list of account numbers to work off. The 2 nd method is to choose the Account Number Search option and type in the Afrox account number that you wish to work off. Page 7 of 14

The 3rd method is to choose the City Search option and select a City in which accounts can be found in. Click on SUBMIT and you are then shown a listing of accounts that belong to that City Area, making it easier to find accounts from the many that you may have loaded against your userid. g. The login details and selection will be displayed. Page 8 of 14

4. View Account Balances a. In the left hand menu click on Account Balances The balance at Statement level as at current date and time will display. 5. View Cylinder Balances a. In the left hand menu click on Cylinder Balances to view the current cylinder holdings Page 9 of 14

6. Copy Documents a. In the left hand menu click on Copy Documents b. Select the Document Type you would like to view e.g. Invoice, Credit Note. Page 10 of 14

c. The following Search criteria can be entered for the Invoice Document Type: Customer PO Number Date (of Invoice) Delivery Document Number (related to Invoice) Invoice Number d. If no criterion is known, select the Document Type and click on Search to display a list of Invoices. e. Click on View and a prompt will display to Open or Save the file. Please note: The displayed or saved document is a copy of the original Page 11 of 14

f. To view Delivery Notes, click on the Linked icon ( ) next to the View Doc button in the Invoice List screen. g. Click on View POD and the Delivery Note will display. Follow the instructions in Section 6 to view the other Document Types. Page 12 of 14

7. Legal & Privacy Documentation For all Legal & Privacy Information, click on the menu option at the top of the screen. 8a) Resetting your Password In the event that you forget your password you have the option to have it reset and sent to you automatically. On the Login screen, click on the Reset Password button. Page 13 of 14

You are then requested to enter your UserID, type this in and click on SUBMIT. You will later receive an email informing you of your password being reset and the new password to use. 8b) Changing your Password Should you wish to change your existing password, this option is provided to you when you are logged in to the application. Login and on the navigation options on the left choose the Change Password link. This screen allows you to enter your existing password and then a new one that is entered twice to verify that you have done so correctly. Type in the required details and click the CHANGE button and if done correctly this will redirect you to a new screen confirming the change of password. 9. Logoff Select the Logoff option to close the My Account website. Page 14 of 14
